Forum On Developing Textile And Garment To Revitalize County Economy Is Held In Xinyang

In June 27th, the Forum on "developing textile and clothing to revitalize the county economy" was held in Xinyang, one of the main activities of the "international brand clothing ODM supply chain summit meeting and 2019 Henan clothing Convention". The vice mayor of the municipal government Li Zhengjun attended the forum. More than 100 people from different counties and districts in Xinyang are responsible for investment promotion and textile and garment manufacturing enterprises.

The forum was presided over by Li Gang, President of the provincial Garment Association. Yang Jianguo, a research expert in China's industrial cluster, delivered the keynote speech entitled "the new County era of industrial transfer". In his speech, Yang Jianguo shared the feasible mode of county industrial transfer with vivid and concise cases. He believes that in recent years, Xinyang is the key to "strong tap, supplement the chain and promote agglomeration", and has realized the high quality development of industrial clusters in various counties and regions. Xinyang has obvious advantages as a county industrial transfer carrier. He also made suggestions on the development of Xinyang's textile and garment industry.

In summing up, Li Gang said that promoting Xinyang's comprehensive undertaking of industrial transfer and optimizing the layout of regional productive forces is of great strategic significance for the construction of a new pattern of "100 billion textile and clothing in Xinyang". It is hoped that through this event, textile and garment entrepreneurs in developed areas will enter Xinyang, understand Xinyang, invest in Xinyang, expand and develop garment processing trade, and strive to create a new height for the development of garment industry.
