Help poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization "beautiful mother project" start

In order to further speed up the transfer of Liaoning's textile and garment industry and implement precise poverty alleviation, the Liaoning textile and Garment Association officially launched the mother's project in June 27, 2019. "Beauty mother project" aims to revitalize the textile and garment industry in Liaoning as an opportunity to create an industrial development platform based on the province's planning and coordinating north and South complementary women, and organize and guide the active participation of women, enhance women's self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement, and improve their overall quality and social status.

Today, the industry will also play a positive role in helping the poor and revitalizing the countryside. Through industry transfer, investment and construction in rural areas, and the transmission of textile skills in ethnic minority areas, we can precisely help the poor and help the poor in industry.

In order to help poverty alleviation, Rural Revitalization work, the Liaoning textile and Garment Association put forward the implementation of the "beautiful mother project" initiative, hoping to get extensive support from government departments, entrepreneurs, designers and friends from all walks of life, and work together to establish a working mechanism and guarantee system to escort the further development of the industry so as to help the poor labor force to shake off poverty and enter the fast track. In order to revitalize the textile and garment industry in Liaoning, we will create a platform for the development of women based on the province's planning and the coordinated development of the north and the south. Advocate harmonious civilization, guide and enhance the status of women, enhance the ideological level and behavior quality of mothers, and give full play to their role in the social construction.

Occupying 70% of Liaoning's textile industry has played an important supporting role in the stable development of the industry. At present, it is in a critical period of new upgrading. In the past two years, China's textile and garment industry has been rapidly integrating along with the adjustment of industrial layout in the whole country. With the increase of labor cost, the industry has encountered unprecedented development bottlenecks, and many enterprises have transferred overseas. However, many enterprises will encounter problems such as poor level of technology, low efficiency, and religious belief, language, politics and so on. In this Sino US trade conflict, we should highlight one point: manufacturing has become the core concern and hot area of international competition, and the value of manufacturing needs to be reconsidered. Among the garment enterprises in our province, 70% are processing enterprises. Due to their many years' experience in Japan, Korea, Europe and the United States, they have accumulated valuable experience and trained a group of skilled workers. They have created over 100 quality manufacturing enterprises such as Dayang, Dongyuan international, Xinlongtai, Longsheng, Yi Feng, Bao Lian Yong, and so on. This is the core competitiveness of Liaoning's textile and garment industry, and it is the scarce resource in the industrial chain. It is these industrial advantages that our province has the ability to undertake industrial transfer at home and abroad, reflecting the value of Liaoning's textile and garment manufacturing industry.

3, the "beautiful mother" project is the need for women to re employment, help poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization.

In rural areas of our province, there are nearly 500 thousand women of working age, most of whom are housewives. In the past three years, the experience gained by the key garment enterprises in Liaoning Province in the West Liaoning poverty alleviation factory mode has shown that the clothing industry is a rich industry suitable for women's entrepreneurship and employment, which enables farmers to turn to local workers without leaving their homes and let the industry drive the peasants to get rid of poverty and become rich.

In short, the Liaoning textile and garment industry has a good foundation. There are a number of stealth and single product champions. Excellent enterprises and entrepreneurs are brave in undertaking brand building, fashion leading, technological innovation, green development and social responsibility.
