*ST Gaosheng (000971.SZ) announced that in June 18, 2019, the company received an inquiry letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the annual report of Gaosheng Cmi Holdings Ltd (annual report enquiry letter No. 2019 [207th]) of the company ("annual inquiry letter"), requiring the company to reply and disclose it before June 28th. After receiving the above annual inquiry letter, all members of the board of directors of the company attach great importance to it and immediately implement the implementation of the annual inquiry letter.
Since the company needs to further review the contents of the annual report inquiry letter by the accounting firm, the company originally planned to submit a reply to the Shenzhen stock exchange and disclose it before July 5, 2019 by the company's application to the Shenzhen stock exchange. Up to now, the company can not complete all the reply work within a limited time.
