How To Prevent Mechanical Defects By Combining Basic Operation

1. Feel the tube yarn is thick and hard when drawing the yarn, check that the back cot is not in place, the pressure is invalid, the cot is short of oil, the roving is pulled after winding, the roving does not wear the bell mouth, the roving is fed with two pieces, the coil is too heavy, and the spindle belt slides onto the spindle tower. Feel the tube yarn is loose and rotten, check whether the spindle is short of oil, there are too light steel coils, poor roving, loose spindle belt or slipping out of the spindle plate, and too many silk loops on the spindle or in the bobbin.

2. When looking for the head, if there is feather on the inclined surface of the tube yarn, check whether the steel ring is rough and floating, the steel ring is used incorrectly or worn, the spindle is crooked, the steel plate is put up, the yarn sliver jumps out of the collector, the cleaner fails, and the yarn separator is rough.

3. When drawing the yarn, it can be seen that the yarn leading out is uneven and slubby. Check whether the bell mouth of the drafting part is blocked, skewed, the sliver collides with the apron frame, the collector is damaged, accumulated, mixed with flying flowers, the yarn sliver jumps out of the collector, the lower apron has accumulated, the apron is cracked, deformed, there is impurity flying ball inside, the apron is deformed, jitters, there is no apron, the roller shakes and the roving is poor. The lower apron is deviated, missing, damaged, deformed, the nylon stopper is installed reversely, missing, misused, the tension plate is deformed, blocked, no sloughing, cot shelling, etc.

4. When lifting the yarn, handle it tightly, check the spindle skewness, shaking head, steel ring floating, rough, ring wear out, yarn guide hook, yarn guide plate is not correct, cleaner touches steel ring, yarn spacer is rough, etc.

5. Trace and inspect various kinds of broken ends at joints. It is found that the coil has flowers, the cleaner fails to work, the head is found to be floating, the flute hole is hairy and the passage is blocked; the convex yarn is found, the sheep's feet are blocked, the steel collar plate is knocked down, etc.; if the bobbin jumps, the spindle or bobbin is defective, and there are looping on the spindle; if the whole set of yarn is not well formed, check the support head teeth to turn over.
