For example, carding, combing and blending, the traveller is driven by the yarn to rotate the collar around the collar, and the friction of the collar makes the speed slightly smaller than that of the bobbin. The spinning speed is high, and the shape of ring yarns is the conical helix of the fibers which mostly transfer inside and outside. It makes the fibers intertwined and twisted inside and outside the yarn. The structure of the yarn is compact and strong. It is suitable for various products such as thread making, weaving and knitting.

    Compact spinning is a new spinning technology on the improved new ring spinning frame. The spinning mechanism is mainly that a fiber condensing zone is added before the traction device of the ring spinning frame, and the spinning twisting triangle zone between the front roller and the twisting point is basically eliminated. After the output of the front roller, the fiber rod passes through the special shaped suction tube, the outer mesh eyelids, and the rod moves on the mesh leather apron. Due to the contraction and polymerization of the air flow, the suction strip of the special-shaped tube causes the bar to gather and rotate, gradually changing from flat ribbon to cylinder, and the ends of the fiber end are twisted into the yarn, so the yarn is very compact, and the yarn has a smooth appearance and less hairiness. Compact spinning yarn has higher strength and less hairiness. In the knitting process, it is not easy to produce sanding.

       Comparison between traditional ring spinning and compact spinning

    The purpose of compact spinning is to make the fibers as parallel and close as possible before twisting yarn. This is an important criterion for high quality compact spinning yarns. Making fibers as parallel and consistent as possible is the precondition of their advantages before twisting.

    The advantages of compact spinning are: the hairiness of yarn is very small, especially the hairiness is less than 3 mm, it also improves the efficiency of rear loom and the smoothness and smoothness of the cloth. The yarn is stronger and stronger than the traditional yarn. But the cost of compact spinning equipment is higher, and the equipment investment of spinning mill is increased. Besides the improvement of hairiness index, other indexes such as sliver, rough and detail have little improvement.

    Sirospun

    Siro spinning, also known as twist spinning, is known as A/B yarn in China, and is officially named siro spinning.

    Siro spinning is a double roving feeding on the spinning frame, and two roving bars that are kept at a certain distance in parallel are drafted by the roller in the drafting area of the spinning frame. The front roller jaws are formed into two small triangular zones, and then gathered together to twist into a yarn. Due to the transmission effect of twisting, two pieces of whiskers have been twisted back to a single bar before twisting, so the twisted yarn has different strands style than the single yarn. If we use colored spinning roving and feeding, we can produce the "AB" blended yarn with tread pattern.

    The initial design purpose of siro spinning is for wool spinning, characterized by less hairiness, high strength and good abrasion resistance, so as to achieve the effect of single yarn weaving with wool yarn, so as to realize the frivolity of woolen fabrics. Although siro spinning has improved considerably in comparison with similar conventional yarns in many respects, there is still a certain distance to really achieve the non woolen yarn weaving of woollen yarn. Later, wool spinning also gave up this method. Instead, it used this method in blending, such as T/C and C.V.C. Because of its dyeing effect, it can produce yarn twist effect and feel good.

    More recently, because of improving the hairiness problem, such as spinning some fibers which are easy to generate hairiness, such as viscose staple fiber, Model, Tencel and so on, even cotton is produced by this method. The raw material grade of Siro yarn is lower than that of conventional ring spinning, and its fabric has less hairiness than conventional ring yarn fabric, and its handle is soft, wearable and breathable.

    Sirofil

    Siro Phil spinning is developed on the basis of siro spinning. Siro Phil spinning is feeding a filament and a roving respectively, and maintaining a fixed distance between the roving holding point and the front traction roller. They form a triangle area and twist together to form Siro Phil composite yarn. The filament is fed directly through the front roller jaw without draft, and the yarn is twisted with the roving in front of the front.

    The traditional ring spinning is twisted by a short fiber rod. The siro spinning uses two short fibers to twist the yarn into two yarns. The quality, modulus and moment of inertia of the two pieces are the same. But in Siro Phil spinning, a short fiber piece and a filament are twisted into yarn, and the quality, modulus and moment of inertia of the bar and filament are quite different.

    There is a certain distance between filament and whisker in Siro Phil spinning. A twist triangle area will be formed from the former roller clamp to the roving and the last convergence point. The change of the spacing will cause the change of the twist triangle shape and have a certain effect on the yarn quality. With the increase of spacing, the control effect of twisting triangle area on the floating fiber of the whisker increased, and the Mao Yu index decreased. When the distance between filament and roving is zero, the spun yarn is core spun yarn, filament is core and roving short fiber is outer fiber.

    Solo spinning

    Solospun, also known as cable spinning, is equipped with a small roller with split grooves in front of the roller before the traditional ring spinning. The draft bar is split into two to three (or even four) sub bars under the action of the small groove of the SolospunTM roller. Each bar needs to be preliminarily twisted and formed a smaller twisting triangle area. Finally, each root must be removed from the SolospunTM roller and twisted together to form SolospunTM yarn.

       Solo spinning process

    This twisting mechanism makes SolospunTM yarn have special structure similar to multi yarn. The abrasion resistance of SolospunTM yarns can be comparable to that of double strands, but greatly reduces the processing cost. SolospunTM yarn can produce more finer yarns with the same raw material compared with the double yarn technology. Due to the pre twisting effect of the bundles, the yarn is formed with a cable like structure after twisting yarn. Therefore, yarn strength and abrasion resistance, yarn evenness and yarn hairiness can be improved.

    At present, this spinning technology is mostly used in the worsted spinning field with high yarn density. The installation is simple and easy to use. Batch production practice has proved that solo spinning can reduce the breakage rate of spinning and improve the loom efficiency by about 20%.

    Embedded composite spinning

    Embedded composite spinning is a new spinning technology with independent intellectual property rights in China in recent years. Its characteristics can be vividly interpreted as the combination of two Siro Phil spins, two short fiber roving from a rear bell mouth to maintain a certain distance to feed in parallel, and the other two wires are directly fed by the front roller on the outside of the roving whisker through the guide wire device. The two roving and filaments are respectively initially assembled and pre twisted, and then gathered together to twist the yarn. Therefore, two small twisting triangular zones and a large twisting triangle area are formed on the outer side of the front jaw. The twisting method forms a unique yarn forming structure. The yarn strength is mainly caused by filament. The twisting process realizes the transfer of short fibers inside and outside, and is fixed by embedded filament. The structure is essentially different from that in traditional ring spinning.

    The yarn structure, yarn strength, strength and wear resistance of the yarn have been improved significantly, and the hairiness has been reduced, especially for the development of multi component fiber blended yarn. Due to the advent of the technology, there are still many problems that need to be constantly improved and solved, such as the modification of the frame, the addition and perfection of the filament winding mechanism and the double guide wire.

    Twist spinning

    Twisted spinning, also known as low torque spinning, has been put into industrial production in recent years. Twist spinning is a twisting device installed in the traditional ring spinning section, which affects the fiber tension distribution in the spinning area by twisting, thereby changing the shape and distribution of fibers in the single yarn, so that the residual torque generated in the yarn is balanced with each other. Twisted yarn has the characteristics of small fiber orientation, large fiber transfer amplitude, partial inversion of fiber fragments, and fiber aggregation in single yarn inner layer.

    Due to the small torque of the twisted yarn, the smooth and smooth fabric surface, especially the knitted fabric with less twisting and less soft handle, it can avoid setting processing and reduce the related pollution. At present, the industrialization promotion of the spinning process is still in its infancy. Its application scope, application effect, energy saving and economic benefits, technology and management problems need to be further summarized, improved and perfected after large scale promotion.

    Comparison of siro spinning, compact spinning and compact Siro Spinning

    Sirospun

    Siro spinning is a spinning method that spun yarn similar to ply yarn on traditional ring spinning frame. Siro spinning technology was first applied to wool spinning, and then gradually applied to cotton spinning. Siro spinning is fed by two roving yarns from the mouth of the bell. The separation of two bars is still maintained in the front and rear drafting areas. The length of the former jaw is fixed after a certain length of output, and twisted by the same spindle to form Siro yarn with double strands.

    Synchrotron twisting of siro spinning makes the yarn have special structure. The surface of siro spinning yarn is arranged orderly, yarn structure is compact, hairiness is less, and anti pilling is good. Siro fabric and soft fabric are soft and smooth. Siro spinning can be used for woven fabrics and knitted fabrics, and can also be used instead of strands for high count and high density fabrics.

    Compact spinning technology is a new ring spinning technology based on traditional ring spinning. Simply speaking, the spinning technology that makes the fibers output after drafting is compact, that is, by adding suction device before the twisting of the bar, through the control of negative pressure, the loose fibers are gathered and held together, the fibers are fully stretched in the controlled area, and the twisting triangle area on the traditional spinning machine is reduced, so the fibers are twisted in parallel and tight state.

    Because the fibers in the whisker are uniform in force and close together, the structure and quality of the yarn are improved in a comprehensive way, and the appearance of yarn is improved remarkably.

    Siro Spinning

    Siro spinning is a combined process spinning method combining compact spinning with Siro spinning. The yarn produced by this technology combines the excellent characteristics and quality of the two spinning methods. Compared with the traditional ring spinning single yarn and Siro yarn, the compact Siro yarn has fewer hairiness, stronger strength, and the effect of siro spinning stock. It is an ideal raw material for spinning high-grade fabrics, and has good prospects for development.
