In 2015, he opened WIND AND SEA brand store and CPCM in Shibuya District, Tokyo. And brought back a large number of different nostalgic ornaments and handicrafts from the west coast from Losangeles.
The collection of elements such as American Indian, surfing and nature shows the unique taste of Xiong Gu Long.
The success of the first two brands has greatly boosted Kumatani Takashi's reputation. But what really brought him into the public eye and the world's popularity is the brand new street brand WIND AND SEA, founded in 2017.
The emergence of the WIND AND SEA brand just happened to be in the midst of the return of Street revival style in 90s. WIND AND SEA leaped from the strongest ins platform at present, its symbolic big Logo, simple lines and bright colors, directly into the minds of young people.
