In the face of such a crisis, where should the textile enterprises go?

       In particular, with the continuous decline of product profit margins and rising costs of raw materials and energy, the high cost of high energy consumption has seriously weakened the competitiveness of textile enterprises. Therefore, by reducing energy costs by saving energy and reducing consumption, and by increasing the added value of products to increase the value output of unit energy consumption, it will become an inevitable choice for China's textile enterprises under fierce competition at home and abroad.

    A leading textile enterprise in Western China has explored an effective way of energy conservation and emission reduction with their practice, which has brought vitality to the entire textile industry.

    Xi'an Textile Group: a way of energy saving and emission reduction for a textile enterprise

    Xi'an, a textile city in Western China, is a traditional textile city. As early as 1953, a famous textile city of Xi'an rose to the ground and gradually became a representative of Xi'an's industry. However, when entering the twenty-first Century, as the textile industry was regarded as the representative of backward energy production with high energy consumption, high pollution and low profit, Xi'an textile industry, which was brilliant for a while, gradually declined. In 2008, under the leadership of the Xi'an SASAC, the former state-owned textile enterprises such as Northwest Sanmian, northwest four cotton, northwest six cotton and northwest Yi printing were reorganized to set up Xi'an Textile Group, opening a new chapter in Xi'an's textile industry.

       Located in the eastern suburbs of the ancient city, on the shore of the Ba River, under the White Deer Plateau, a beautiful and modern Xi'an Textile Group Industrial Park is located here. It is different from the old and messy impression of textile factories. Western textile factory area is everywhere clean, neat and modern.

    The Xi'an Textile Group Industrial Park covers an area of 785 mu, with 188 thousand and 800 spindles, 712 air-jet looms and its matching equipment. It produces 18000 tons of cotton yarn annually and produces 76 million meters of cotton cloth per year. The factory has introduced the world's leading spinning and weaving equipment, measuring the advanced level of textile enterprises, reaching the international and domestic first-class level, with a no roll ratio of 95%, a no joint yarn ratio of 100%, a shuttleless ratio of 100%, and a combed yarn proportion of 85%.

       Although it has a brand-new factory and advanced production equipment, as a textile enterprise, the West Textile Group still needs to solve the problem of high energy consumption and high pollution. How on earth did they do it? Maybe the answer is in the factory area.

    When we entered the gate of the West Textile Group factory area, we were attracted by the parking shed standing on one side. We can see at first glance that this is not an ordinary parking lot. The roof is neat and the pattern is arranged in single crystal solar panels. From afar, a row of dark blue components bathed in the sunlight like waves. Don't underestimate this photovoltaic shed, generating electricity more than 290 thousand degrees per year on average.

       This is only the tip of the iceberg of the photovoltaic system of Xi Fang Group. On the roof of factory buildings, there is a larger photovoltaic matrix ocean, which produces electricity continuously every day, driving the production equipment in the building.

    Photovoltaic power station: the magic weapon for energy conservation and emission reduction in traditional industries

    After restructuring, the West Textile Group is committed to finding a sustainable green development road. Faced with increasingly high electricity tariffs, how to save energy and reduce consumption has also become a problem facing the leading group. After careful investigation and investigation, they finally decided to build distributed photovoltaic power generation system in the plant area.

       In 2016, with Longji shares in Xi'an and strong group of western textile group, the contract energy management cooperation mode was adopted to jointly build the first distributed photovoltaic power station of textile industry in Xi'an. After the cooperation, the construction task was handed over to the young Longji new energy department.

    In the design stage, the advanced and feasible energy saving, water saving and raw material saving measures are adopted, and the utilization of energy and resources is reasonable. The design indexes have reached the advanced level in China and laid the foundation for long-term and economical and efficient operation of photovoltaic power stations.

    In order to ensure maximum power generation capacity, the power station adopted the most advanced Longji Lok 60 275 single crystal components. The advanced anti attenuation technology of the assembly ensured that the high efficiency single crystal components had a first annual attenuation of less than 2%, plus a superior low light power generation and high temperature power generation capability, equipped with a line of brand inverter, adopting the advanced distributed design at that time, each 22 components consisting of a string, each confluence box connected to 16 strings, and each inverter accessing 11 confluence boxes, so that the whole power generation system had higher conversion efficiency, and could install larger capacity photovoltaic system in a limited area.

       At the same time, combined with the topography conditions at the foot of Bailu tableland, the continuity, uniformity and maximum of solar irradiance on the square surface are taken into account in the layout of the array, and the economy of the system is also taken into account. In order to ensure the largest power generation capacity, the array is aligned to the south, and the optimum inclination angle of 12 degree is adopted to ensure the maximum sunshine. With the best arrangement design scheme, the total power output of the whole power station is increased by more than 5%.

    The project uses the aluminum alloy cables of the domestic first-line brand, reducing the load bearing capacity of the roof, and having more plasticity, which can be more closely attached to the building laying, and is more safe and reliable. From the perspective of national strategy, it can relatively save copper resources and maintain the strategic safety of China's copper and aluminum resources.

    After more than three months' construction, the distributed photovoltaic power station of the West spinning group with a total capacity of 8.9MW was formally built into the grid at the end of December of that year. In order to ensure the daily and efficient operation of the power station, Longji incorporated the power station into the operation and maintenance system of the company. The on-site operation and maintenance personnel are on duty and patrolled, in line with Longji new energy intelligent big data monitoring platform, remote monitoring equipment running, knowing the condition of the power station at any time and anywhere, improving the speed of fault response, greatly reducing the maintenance cost, and truly achieving the information digitalization of the whole station, the networking of communication platform and the standardization of information sharing.

    When the power station is put into operation, it will generate more than 9 million 250 thousand yuan per year and more than 6 million 290 thousand yuan of electricity cost, so that it can fully absorb the western textile factory area, solve the electricity demand of 1/5, save energy and electricity costs of enterprises, and help the West Textile Group to make steady progress on the road of energy saving and emission reduction.

       In terms of emission reduction, the power station can reduce 2723.492 tons of standard coal used for generating electricity every year, reduce sulfur oxide emissions by about 49.81 tons, nitrogen oxides 16.871 tons, and carbon dioxide 6539.595 tons, which can help improve the local atmospheric environment, enhance the air quality along the banks of the Ba River, really do energy saving and emission reduction, and realize the transformation of textile enterprises from high polluting and high-energy consuming enterprises to a modern low pollution, low energy consumption green enterprise.
