The Clothing Of Han Guodong's Door For Counterfeit Purchasing May Be "Export To Domestic Sale".

On the domestic e-commerce platform, we can often see the brand clothing from Han Guodong's door, but recently, the Korean customs office has seized a large number of Chinese costumes disguised as Han Guodong gate brand after being cut off, and then sold them to Chinese consumers. The value of these clothes is as high as about 30000000 yuan.

Liu Zheng, a special correspondent of CCTV financial channel: at the gate of Han Guodong's clothing wholesaler area, whenever the night falls, a lot of Korean brand clothing is sold from all over the world. The suspect is in the east gate of the studio, will be cut from the "made in China" label purchased from China's low priced garments, replaced by "made in Korea", smuggled out of the country without customs declaration, shipped back to China, and sold on China's e-commerce platform.

The reporter learned from the South Korean customs office that the four suspects involved are Chinese nationality, and they have accepted orders from about 200000 Chinese consumers on the electronic business platform. In addition to suspected scissors and forgery of goods, when sending clothes to Chinese consumers, the suspects were also suspected of forgery of goods with no commodity value by forgery of documents such as waybills and other documents in order to avoid high tariffs.

Recently, the South Korean customs office has transferred the four suspects to the procuratorial organs. It is reported that between September 2017 and January 2019, they smuggled 460 thousand items of clothing to China 173 times, with a total weight of 139 tons, worth 5 billion 400 million won, or about 31 million 500 thousand yuan, making an illegal profit of 220 million won, or about 1 million 290 thousand yuan.

In June, a designer in Korea also bought Chinese clothing at the same low price. The cut label was disguised as a Korean made garment, selling at a high price in the Korean market and illegally earning 700 million won, or about 4 million 200 thousand yuan.

Due to frequent occurrence of scissors, smuggling and other cases, the South Korean customs office said it would strengthen control over the origin of clothing imports and exports in South Korea's garment factories, logistics centers and airports before October of this year. At the same time, it will also severely crack down on smuggling through improving inspection rates, so as to maintain order in the Korean clothing market.
