He often puts forward his own views and suggestions from a professional perspective. In the interview, there was a detail that impressed the reporters. The original place was arranged at a reception hall in the office building of Shanghai, which was located in the office of Zheng fashion. On the other hand, with the upgrading of platform, the resources obtained by enterprises are different from before, which will greatly promote the company to continue to move forward.
"If a company does not go public, many private enterprises may not be able to make acquisitions or acquisitions at a certain stage. But once an enterprise is on the market, entrepreneurs are also eager to make the best of their businesses. In addition to the responsibilities of the original stakeholders, there is a sense of mission and responsibility for those who invest in companies with real money and white money. They need to protect their trust and trust. Therefore, from the perspective of entrepreneurs' personal pressure, there may not be such a big growth pressure without listing. Whether or not to go public requires entrepreneurs to understand that there is no right or wrong. After many years of development, at present, the main business of an Zheng fashion is independent research and development, production, sales and brand management of medium and high-end fashion brands. Its company includes: "nine posture", "Yin Mo", "an Zheng", "Fei Na Chen" and "the five Stella" of its own brand of fashion goods. In the Greater China area, agents of the "Stella McCartney" and "Stella" McCartney Kids have established the "pyramid" brand matrix of the mature boys and girls fashion with distinctive style and complementary market orientation.
On the basis of the growth of the main industry, the positive fashion is also focused on the main business in finding new businesses. In October 2018, the company acquired the ritual information based on mother and infant products for 361 million yuan, which smoothly entered the field of mother and infant and children's products.
