Lyocell Fiber Is In The Early Stage Of Large-Scale Application. What Preparations Should Fabric Enterprises Make?
A city is famous for its textiles, printing and dyeing.
Enterprisers with feelings work hard to irrigate this industry.
A kind of fiber, which is attractive because of its green environment.
The people of China Textile Academy, who are brave enough to take on the responsibility, have broken the international monopoly by sharpening their swords for 18 years, marking it with the label of national industrialization.
When Shaoxing Keqiao meets Lyocell fiber (LYOCELL fiber)——
In Keqiao, a fertile land of textile printing and dyeing industry, there are many entrepreneurs with innovative spirit who dare to eat the first crab. Among them, the first enterprise to use Lyocell fiber for fabric product development began in 1997. Some enterprises blended Lyocell fiber with other fibers to maximize its superior performance. Some enterprises used Lyocell fiber in the high-end market of spunlaced non-woven fabrics and sold it to European and American countries.
The pioneers in the market have been fully recognized, but what bothers them is that the production capacity of Lyocell fiber is too small, and they often cannot get the goods. In the face of huge market gap, China National Textile Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China National Textile Academy") saw hope in the industry for the national production of Lyocell fiber production technology and equipment. Localization means that this green and environment-friendly fiber production is no longer restricted by others, and it will play an important role in filling the gap of natural fiber, meeting high-end demand, and achieving cost-effective replacement.
How about the application of Lyocell fiber in fabrics at present? With the further expansion of Lyocell's fiber production capacity, what common technical problems remain to be solved in its fabric product development and finishing process? On August 13, the "Symposium on Upstream and Downstream Application and Development of Hiesel Fiber Industry of China Textile Academy", co sponsored by China Textile Academy and Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone") and organized by Jiangnan Branch of China Textile Academy, was held in Jiangnan Branch of China Textile Academy.
Liu Jian, Assistant General Manager of China Textile Academy and Executive Deputy General Manager of China Textile Green Fiber, Cheng Xuezhong, Director of Development and Reform Department of China Textile Academy, Chen Jun, Director of Management Committee of Keqiao Economic Development Zone, Zhao Weigang and Jin Guolong, Deputy Director of Management Committee of Keqiao Economic Development Zone, Cui Guixin, President of Jiangnan Branch of China Textile Academy, and Zhu Junwei, Vice President, Li Chuanhai, president of Zhejiang Printing and Dyeing Association, and other 10 entrepreneurs jointly discussed the deep integration and development of Lyocell fiber and Keqiao textile industry.
According to Liu Jian, Lyocell fiber is the "pearl on the crown" of man-made fiber, which has the advantages of green environmental protection, degradability, extensive downstream applications, promising industry prospects, superior performance, and significant economic benefits. According to the quantitative analysis of market space and from the perspective of consumption upgrading, the end market demand of Lyocell fiber exceeds one million tons.
If only high-end fiber demand is met, the potential demand of Lyocell fiber is about 1.08 million tons; If the alternative demand with high cost performance ratio can be met, the demand can be expanded to 4.45 million tons. "The green fiber project of China Textile Academy has broken the technical blockade of more than 20 years abroad, becoming the second international and the only domestic enterprise with its own intellectual property rights and 10000 ton industrialization technology for the localization of complete sets of equipment. The overall level of technology has reached the international advanced level. We will form an annual production capacity of 500000 tons of green fiber in three to five years, and build a nuclear power with science and technology as the core competitiveness Focus on your business. " Liu Jian said.
Cheng Xuezhong and Chen Jun, on behalf of the sponsors, respectively, explained the original intention and significance of the fair.
Cheng Xuezhong said that with the goal of becoming a world-class leading enterprise of new fiber materials, CIFIT has integrated innovation advantages from new fiber material research and development, equipment manufacturing to engineering design, and can provide customers with integrated solutions. In addition, CNES has accumulated rich scientific research conditions, talents and scientific and technological achievements in the fields of new fiber material manufacturing technology, textile dyeing and finishing and composite material technology, textile standards and testing technology, and continuously provided advanced and practical technical support for the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry. Jiangnan Branch of China Textile Academy takes China Textile Academy as the technical support, integrates social science and technology resources, bases itself on Shaoxing and radiates the Yangtze River Delta, and carries out services such as key common technology tackling, inspection and testing, personnel training, achievement transformation and promotion in the textile industry. Since its establishment in 2005, it has provided technical services for more than 1300 enterprises for more than 10000 times, and solved technical problems in the process of production and development of enterprises in a timely manner.
Chen Jun said that Lyocell fiber is a world leading fiber technology and has been recognized by downstream enterprises. It is hoped that relying on the technical advantages of China Textile Academy, we can strengthen the cooperation between government, industry, university and research, better apply new materials to production, and contribute to the better transformation and upgrading of Keqiao textile industry in the future.
In the opinion of Li Chuanhai, the president of Zhejiang Printing and Dyeing Association, as a world-class leading enterprise in the research and development of new fiber materials, the deep integration of China Textile Academy with Keqiao textile industry will bring new development opportunities for the local textile industry. Traditional fabric products are difficult to make now, and the profitability of enterprises is not strong. Lyssell, a fiber variety with diversity, will open a new situation and new space for Keqiao's industrial development.
According to Wang Zichen, the general manager of Qingmao Textile, the company has been focusing on the textile industry for 55 years, and has many international well-known clothing brand customers. The company will provide guidance for customers in product development, such as new fibers like Lysell. "It is very important for enterprises to obtain information from the front end of the industrial chain (fiber) in a timely manner." Wang Zichen said.
Red, green and blue textile printing and dyeing mainly focus on fabric sales. Chen Yuming, the chairman of the company, said that the fabric market mainly focuses on new materials and finishing, but why the market for such a good thing as Lyocell fiber is not used much is a question we want to discuss. Keqiao's printing and dyeing enterprises are undergoing transformation and upgrading from processing to fabric development, which is also a good development opportunity for Lyocell fiber. Where the market is, the supporting facilities of the industrial chain should be located. I hope I can have the opportunity to try to use Lyocell fiber products of China National Academy of Textile Technology.
Zhong Jianjun, chairman of Xingming Dyeing and Finishing, said that Lyocell fiber has many problems in printing and dyeing processing, and is slowly maturing in recent years. In addition, in the process of product development, we are slowly exploring the proportion of Lyocell fiber. In the future, with the continuous development of China Textile Green Fiber Project and the continuous development of new products, it is hoped that it can be deeply integrated with dyeing and finishing enterprises to further improve the quality of Lyocell fiber dyeing.
Sun Jianjun, chairman of Binkang Printing and Dyeing, said that Lyocell fiber, as a textile raw material, provided a foundation for the development of the industry. For the domestic market, product quality is very important, but if the whole traceability certification can be achieved, it will be more beneficial for domestic and foreign market promotion. In the future, each garment will have a chip, recording the whole process of raw material planting fiber yarn fabric clothing. It is also an experiential consumption for consumers. The demand of consumers is our ultimate pursuit.
As the only spunlaced nonwoven manufacturer among the participants, Xu Shouming, executive vice president of Baoren Nonwovens, said that the company has five production lines, mainly producing ordinary disposable sanitary materials. Due to the disposable use property, consumers are more sensitive to the price, and the amount of Lyocell fiber is not large. Disposable sanitary materials produced with Lyocell fiber are mainly targeted at high-end export varieties.
The company has a production line to produce washable sanitary wipes, which uses 70%~80% wood pulp+20%~30% chopped Lyocell as raw materials. The materials of the wipes produced are between non-woven fabrics and toilet paper. However, the cost of washable wipes is relatively high. At present, there are only three such production lines in China, and there are not many overseas. In addition, there is also a Lyocell fiber that is used to make a mask. The mask is thin and transparent. The price of the first two Lyocell fibers is around 25000~27000/ton, while the price of this fiber is 50000 yuan/ton.
"In the future, I hope that China Textile Green Fiber's Lyocell fiber can become better and better, bigger and stronger, and produce cheap and high-quality products, so that there will be cooperation opportunities in the future," said Xu Shouming.
Jinsen Printing and Dyeing has been researching and developing Lyocell fiber fabrics since 1997. According to Ding Guogen, its executive vice president, there are two seasons each year when Lyocell fiber is in short supply, and Zhongfang Green Fiber has realized mass production of Lyocell fiber, which is a particularly good thing for the industry. In the process of using Lyocell fiber, we found that there are differences. With the same process, domestic Lyocell fiber has higher brightness, while imported Lyocell fiber has stronger gray.
If Lyocell fiber can form an industrial chain from fiber to spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, and sales in Keqiao, enterprises will be more convenient to use and have more competitive advantages. It can be predicted that the future Lyocell fiber market will be better and larger.
Xu Yigen, general manager of Yingfeng Technology, said that he had heard of Lyocell fiber long ago, but the actual use of Lyocell fiber in fabric processing began in 2014. The technology has basically been OK in recent years, but the quality stability needs to be improved.
Lyocell fiber has advantages in environmental protection, but for printing and dyeing enterprises, the price of raw materials is very important. The development of a series of products can be achieved naturally after the increase of Lyocell fiber production capacity. In addition, Lyocell fiber has high requirements on spinning process, and its blending technology with other fibers needs to be strengthened.
Wang Xingyou, the chairman of Yihua Textile, is experienced in the use of Lyocell fiber. According to his introduction, Yihua is a trading company that uses three categories of Lyocell fiber: G100, A100 and LF in product development. The company will interweave Lyocell fiber with flax and cotton. The flexibility of Lyocell fiber and the rigidity of flax will make the fabric achieve unexpected results, Yihua develops hundreds of varieties of fabrics blended with these two fibers every year, 20% of which can be recognized by the domestic and foreign markets. However, due to the limitation of production, there is no delivery every year. It is hoped that after the production capacity of Zhongfang Green Fiber is improved, the price of Lyocell fiber will be lowered and the market will be expanded.
Tianhong's use of Lyocell fiber is the largest in China, and it is also an enterprise that started to use Lyocell fiber earlier. Guo Min, the market director of Tianhong Investment, said that Tianhong had decided this was the future direction in 2000. From 2006 to 2007, Tianhong officially started the development of Lyocell fiber fabrics, which had been done for more than 10 years.
Lyocell fiber has certain limitations and strong seasonality. We are also considering how to use it in autumn and winter clothing. We need to use our brains in structure. The subsequent processing is relatively complicated, which is still the case at present. Easy spinning is very important for spinning mills, high efficiency is very important for weaving mills, and easy dyeing is very important for dyeing and finishing mills. "Tianhong Mian" brings the Tiansi of Lanjing to the extreme. In the era of fast fashion, the most important thing for yarn factories, weaving factories, dyeing and finishing factories is innovation after the production capacity of Lyocell fiber comes up, and the interests of all parties should be taken into account in the industrial chain.
The name of Lanjing Town, where Lanjing is headquartered in Austria, comes from Lanjing Company. It is hoped that the Lesser fiber project of China National Textile Academy in Keqiao can use this special fiber to build Keqiao into a future textile industry base, making Lesser fiber the most important golden card of Keqiao.
In his concluding speech, Chen Jun said that Heather fiber is a green, environmentally friendly and technologically innovative new material, which is of profound significance to Keqiao textile industry. Only the continuous development of downstream new materials can better lead the application of Hissel fiber. It is hoped that this meeting will enhance the interaction between China Textile Academy and enterprises, better promote and apply the latest technical achievements and fiber products of China Textile Academy to more Keqiao enterprises, promote Keqiao textile printing and dyeing to focus on the goal of "green high-end, world leading", and form a "national model" effect.
After the meeting, entrepreneurs visited the laboratory and green printing and dyeing base of Jiangnan Branch of China Textile Academy. The hanging samples of China Textile Green Fiber Heather fabric displayed in the Maker Space on the fourth floor attracted everyone's attention. The entrepreneurs held on-site consultations and discussions with the R&D personnel of Jiangnan Branch of China Textile Academy.
