In order to provide the case study and latest achievements support for the key consulting research projects of the Chinese Academy of Engineering "China's textile industry civil military integration development strategy", in order to further understand the current development of military and civilian integration in Qingdao, the obstacles, contradictions and problems that affect and restrict the development of civil military integration in the textile industry at present stage are solved, and a new path and new mode of textile civil military integration is explored, thus forming an experience and practice that can be duplicated and promoted. The China Textile Industry Federation and the Donghua University project team jointly organized and led the team of experts to conduct research in Qingdao.
