Overview Of Import And Export Of Fabrics Nationwide In 1-6 2019
According to Chinese customs statistics, the import and export volume of textiles in 2019 was 31 billion 750 million US dollars in 1-6 months, an increase of 0.74% over the same period last year.
China's textile trade is mainly export, accounting for nearly 90%. Imports accounted for about 10% and fell year by year. In 1-6 months, China's fabric exports amounted to US $29 billion 350 million, an increase of 3%. The amount of imports was 2 billion 400 million US dollars, down 12.3%.
In the 1-6 month, the export of chemical fiber woven fabrics was 11 billion 210 million US dollars, an increase of 7.1%, accounting for 38.2%.
Asia is the main market for fabric exports, accounting for 65.4% of fabric exports.
The southeast coast is the main export area of fabrics. Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Fujian and Shandong account for 82.2% of the top five export provinces, with a high degree of concentration.
