9 Mu Wang 2019 Revenue In The First Half Of 1 Billion 353 Million, An Increase Of 7.33%

The report shows that in the first half of the year, the revenue of nine Mu Wang was 1 billion 353 million yuan (the same below), an increase of 7.33% over the same period, and the total profit was 390 million yuan, an increase of 17.01% over the same period last year. Net profit was 325 million yuan, an increase of 23.69% over the same period last year. Net profit after deducting non recurring gains and losses was 195 million yuan, down 20.82% from the same period last year.
Male trousers become brand core revenue ratio to 43.15%
From the perspective of product composition, men's trousers account for 43.15% of the main business income, and are the core products of nine Mu Wang. The operating income and operating costs of T-shirts increased by 33.69% and 31.43% respectively compared with the same period last year, mainly due to the increase in JOEONE brand and FUN brand business during the reporting period; other categories of business income and operating costs increased by 45.61% and 31.82% respectively over the same period last year.
This is mainly due to the increase of ZIOZIA brand and the increase of JOEONE brand business during the reporting period. According to the financial report, JOEONE earned 1 billion 120 million yuan, accounting for 82.7% of total revenue, and its cost decreased by 7.04%. ZIOZIA earned 47 million yuan and gross profit margin 71.93%.
In marketing channels, it mainly adopts direct sales and affiliate sales mode, and online sales as a supplement. At present, the main outlets are mainly one or two tier cities in China and three cities with good market potential, and the main channels for online sales are Tmall, Jingdong, vip.com, suning.com, and the three party platforms such as goods. Besides, nine Mu Wang has also independently developed the online selling platform, nine Mu Wang E shopping center, and intensified the new media marketing mode.
The total number of stores is 2772 JOEONE stores, accounting for 86.94%.
As of June 30, 2019, the number of direct and terminal terminals was 2772, including 933 direct terminals and 1839 terminals. During the reporting period, 2410 of the 5 major brands of the nine herding kings, JOEONE, accounted for 86.94% of the total number of stores, which were the main brands of nine Mu Wang, 207 FUN stores, 24 potential brands in the first half, 110 ZIOZIA stores, and no new franchised stores in the first half; 31 31 stores for NASTY PALM and 14 for VIGANG.
From the regional perspective, the income of East China is 585 million yuan, accounting for 44.42%, an increase of 20.59% over the same period last year. The rise in central and southern and southwestern regions is not obvious, and the northeast and North China areas have declined slightly. The first half of the Northwest has declined significantly, and the revenue has decreased by 11.90% compared with the same period last year. The sales prospect is not clear.
Nine Mu Wang said that the expansion of the blank market will be intensified, and the opening of integrated stores, Ole stores and shopping centers will continue. We encourage high quality franchisees to carry out cross regional operations. During the reporting period, a number of franchisees have completed the trans regional operation, and completed the curriculum research and development of the "energy endpoint" project, exploring new retail business mode.
