According to the measured results, under the same temperature and humidity condition, the negative pressure difference between the front end and the rear end of the vehicle is about 0.15 kPa to 0.35 kPa when the negative pressure is between 2.4 kPa and 2.7 kPa, and the hairiness difference is about 30%.
    Production practice has proved that 888 spindles spinning machine can choose 4.2 kW above negative pressure fan and properly increase the speed of negative pressure fan, which can reduce the negative pressure difference between the head and the tail and minimize the influence of the negative pressure difference on the yarn quality. Each time the vehicle is wiped, the negative pressure fan is opened, and the accumulated flowers accumulated in the negative pressure air duct are sucked out and cleaned.

    Motion state of whisker on negative pressure pipe


    The movement of the whisker on the negative pressure tube is a very important factor affecting yarn evenness. When the negative pressure is normal, the bar must move in a relatively straight and continuous state when the rollers transfer to the negative pressure tube and move on the negative pressure pipe. However, the motion state of the bar must be affected by some factors, such as shaking, jumping, shaking, and uneven thickness.
    In actual production, due to excessive cradle pressure, static electricity gathering, poor surface of rubber roller and small negative pressure of negative pressure pipe, the phenomenon of falling or skewing of the "no control zone" between the roller and the negative pressure tube will cause the yarn line dry to be obviously affected. Therefore, the pressure of the compact spinning cradle should be small, so as to prevent static electricity accumulation, keep the surface smoothness of rollers and cots, prevent entangling and maintain negative pressure of negative pressure tubes. At the same time, try to choose antistatic grid ring and choose mesh ring with reasonable mesh number.

    Effect of temperature and humidity on workshop


    In the process of compact spinning, due to the suction and draining effect, the temperature of the workshop will be obviously uneven at the front and rear of the vehicle. This uneven will show seasonal differences. The temperature difference in winter is about 2 ~ 4 C, while the summer is about 3 ~ 6 C.
    Temperature and humidity are important factors affecting hairiness. According to actual measurement, the hairiness and NEP number of the tail are about 40% higher than that of the headstock. Therefore, maintaining the normal temperature and humidity of workshop and reducing the difference between temperature and humidity are important measures to improve product quality.

    Cradle pressure


    Cradle pressure has a direct impact on yarn quality. Too much pressure on the cradle can easily shorten the service life of the front cots, causing the concave of the front cots and the mechanical waves of cots.
    The normal use period of the front cots is about 2 months. When the pressure is too high, the phenomenon of poor grip on roving will occur for a month and a half, resulting in a rapid increase in breakage. Therefore, the pressure of compact spinning cradle should not be too large. It is generally suitable for 160 N/ double spindle to 180 N/ double spindle.

    Effect of spinning process on yarn quality


    Floating zone is a key factor affecting yarn quality. The size of the floating area should be the same as that of the pressure bar, and the pressure bar can not appear before the pressure bar before grinding.
    When the pressure bar is located, the floating area will be too large to control the fiber and even wear the rubber ring. The position of the pressure bar is too high, which will cause the roving to run. It can not play the role of the pressure bar. If the roller is pulled before the pressure bar, it will also cause the mechanical wave of the roller.
    In production, it is advisable that the cots should be punching about 2 mm to 3 mm before, and the maximum should not exceed 3 mm. If the former impulse is too large, it is easy to form an anti encircling arc, resulting in the decrease of yarn quality and the increase of breakage. It is also easy to cause the front cot roller to press the grid ring when the floating area is too large. When the bar movement is on both sides of the guide yarn, the bar must swing around the suction slot to affect the yarn quality.
    Reasonable draft distribution is also an important factor to improve yarn quality. When selecting drafting multiple, we can not simply pursue good yarn evenness and neps. With increasing drafting times, the long segment irregularity will also increase.
    In the selection of the compact spinning process, the drafting ratio of the back zone can be increased appropriately and the spindle speed can be increased beyond the critical drawing ratio, so as to increase the yarn yield and improve the efficiency.
