In August 28th, the Forum on high quality development of Xinjiang textile and garment industry was held in Urumqi. Wang Jiangping, deputy director of the Ministry of industry and commerce, Cao Xuejun, deputy director of the consumer products division, Mei Zubao, deputy inspector of the industry department and other leading comrades and heads of the textile and garment employment leading group of the autonomous region and regiment, and representatives of some textile and garment entrepreneurs attended the meeting. At the meeting, vice president Zhao Qing gave a response to the problems reflected by the enterprises. Vice Minister Wang Jiangping fully confirmed the development of textile and garment industry in Xinjiang in the past 5 years, and pointed out the problems in the development of the industry.
