In order to quickly meet the raw material demand of the alliance, during the visit, the alliance working group began to work on raw material demand docking, and completed the blending of BV fiber with cotton, linen, polyester, acrylic, nylon and spandex in a month, involving more than 90 kinds of yarn and 4520 kilograms of yarn in compact spinning, Siro compact spinning, vortex spinning and ring spinning. By the end of July, we received more than 120 fabric products from alliance enterprises, including women's garments, Casual Shirts, shirts, home textiles, and so on. We have made innovations in fiber proportion, technology application and appearance and color, and have many ingenious masterpieces.

In terms of fiber proportion, acetate and BV fibers, which are also environmentally friendly, can be blended or interwoven to make the fabrics more eco-friendly. The blending of BV fibers can not only guarantee the high quality of fabrics, but also greatly enhance the cost performance of fabrics.

In terms of the use of gloss, some enterprises use the BV fiber with cotton and polyester to create a soft glossy retro corduroy fabric. Some enterprises use the BV silk fiber with polyester or nylon single hole silk. The soft gloss of the BV fiber makes the flashing light spot with the bright light of the single hole filament.

Using different twist and spinning methods to create a completely different handle is also the highlight of this fabric.
