2019 China Textile And Garment Industry "Dalian Release" Event Held

In September 7th, the "Dalian release" of the 2019 China Textile and garment industry was successfully held at the conference room 1 of the World Expo Plaza, Dalian. The event was hosted by the China Textile Industry Federation, the China clothing association and the Dalian Municipal People's government. It is a key industry activity organized by the China Dalian international textile and apparel fair. It aims at analyzing the development situation of the industry from a variety of perspectives, defining the direction of the development of the industry, and sharing the experience of developing the advantageous enterprises. Cao Xuejun, deputy director of the Department of consumer products industry of the Ministry of industry and information technology, Jin Guowei, vice mayor of Dalian Municipal People's government, Xing Guanlei, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation, Xing Guanlei, Secretary General of the industrial cluster Working Committee, Yang Jinchun, vice chairman of the China clothing association, Yang Jinchun, former deputy secretary general, Zhang Guangmin, inspector general, director of textile and clothing department, Secretary General of Liaoning textile and clothing association, and representatives of industrial clusters, garment and related industries, including more than 300 ginseng and activities. The activities are hosted by the Deputy Secretary General of the China clothing association and director of the Ministry of science and technology, Cao Xuejun.

First, Jin Guowei, vice mayor of Dalian Municipal People's government, Cao Xue Jun, deputy director of the Ministry of consumer goods industry of the Ministry of industry and information technology, and vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation Xu Yingxin delivered speeches. Subsequently, Yang Jinchun, executive vice president of the China clothing association, released the five aspects of production, export, domestic sales, investment, quality and efficiency, and released the "current situation and trend of China's garment industry". Through in-depth analysis of the latest economic operation of China's garment industry in 2019, it pointed out the development characteristics of the garment industry since 2019, and analyzed the main factors that affected the development of the industry from the aspects of global market economy, consumption mode transformation and industry operation cost, and made a prediction on the development trend of China's garment industry in 2019.

Then, the general manager of Beijing and Dao Hui Consulting Co., Ltd., general manager of the alliance with Mr. Jun, released the white paper on the demand trend of the Chinese health food business in the Chinese food industry. The white paper is based on the special investigation conducted by the China Garment Association and Beijing and Jun Consulting Co., Ltd., aiming at the health professional clothing manufacturers and users. It focuses on the analysis of the development and user needs of the health occupation garment industry in China's food industry, and provides directional suggestions for the development of the health occupation garment production enterprises, and provides the basis for the policy formulation of the rapid development period of the industry, so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of the health occupation garment industry.

In the end, 9 CNGA clothing intelligent manufacturing group standards were issued, including "clothing intelligent manufacturing plant architecture", "clothing intelligent manufacturing capability maturity assessment standard", "clothing intelligent manufacturing warehousing management system (WMS) technical specification". Experts from the main drafting units of the standard, Shanghai based on Xu Bingshun, director of industry consultation of Mdt InfoTech Ltd and Zhang Siye, director of commercial development of Tianjin Hui Ruida Technology Co., Ltd., carried out a detailed interpretation and dissemination of the standards, and introduced the ideas and basis for drafting standards, and the function, structure, scope of application and main technical contents of the standards.

It is reported that the above 9 standards are formulated by the China Garment Association Standardization Technical Committee following the guidelines of the national intelligent manufacturing standard system construction. Relying on China Fashion intelligent manufacturing technology innovation strategy alliance, the China Garment Association launched the overall deployment of the research on the standard system of Intelligent Manufacturing in garment industry and related standard project in early 2018. On the basis of organizing a number of seminars, it identified 9 group standard making plans for CNGA clothing smart manufacturing and completed the standard formulation according to relevant procedures. It was released for the first time in the "Dalian release" campaign of the 2019 Chinese textile and garment industry. The 9 CNGA clothing intelligent manufacturing group standard aims to provide guidance for the implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing in apparel enterprises. The issuance and implementation of series standards are of great significance to promote the practice, transformation and upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing industry, and play an important role.

The "Dalian release" of the Chinese textile and garment industry, as the "business card activity" of the Dalian Clothing Fair, has been successfully held for the four time since 2016. It has been highly recognized by all walks of life and has become an important authoritative channel for information dissemination in China's textile and garment industry. The 2019 "Dalian issue" campaign has made Dalian's content richer, more connotative and more concerned.
