China (Xiping) Textile And Garment Talents Exchange Training Base

In September 20th, the Xiping County People's government held the "enterprise employment recruitment conference" and the "China (Xiping) textile and garment talents exchange training base" ceremony at the new garment town of ITO, IQ Industrial Park. Zhao Shoujian, consultant of China clothing association, vice president of Henan garment industry association, Xiao Guang, Nie Xiao Guang, Secretary of Xiping county Party committee, relevant leaders of the office of human resources and social security of Zhumadian, relevant departments of Zhumadian municipal government, and leaders of the Bureau of social and human resources of various counties and cities, etc. The conference was presided over by Li Quanxi, Xiping county magistrate, and the textile talents exchange training center of the China Textile Industry Federation awarded Xiping "China (Xiping) textile and garment talents exchange training base".

During the meeting, the Xiping county government organized more than 4000 people in 5 towns, 14 townships and 20 Human Resources Inc in the county to participate in the recruitment activities. 40 enterprises in the park launched more than 1000 posts to recruit.

Unlike previous employment conferences, the event held a series of activities such as "Zhumadian's first key industry HRD (enterprise human resource senior management) training course", "human resource service innovation and development seminar", "Henan heavy industrial enterprises, human resources service institutions, higher vocational colleges' three party supply and demand cooperation docking" and "Xiping County Secondary Vocational College Graduates and blue collar workers Recruitment" series activities, aiming to speed up the innovation and development of Xiping county's human resources service industry, learn from the experience patterns of developed provinces and cities, and build human resources service training seminars, exchange and cooperation, supply and demand docking platform, and help Xiping's economic and social development.
