Routine automation equipment is difficult to replace manual operation, thus becoming a bottleneck for further transformation and upgrading of chemical fiber industry.

The overall level of the system has reached the international advanced level, and has been recognized and widely promoted by the industry. The successful implementation of this project has laid a solid foundation for the construction of digital workshop and intelligent factory for chemical fiber production. The results are widely applied to typical textile industries such as cotton spinning, wool spinning, printing and dyeing, and nonwoven, which can effectively promote technological progress in the textile industry.
