China has a long way to go in this respect; moreover, in the supply side and demand side system of the supply side structural reform, there is still a gap in capability between China's own manufacturing capacity and consumption demand matching.

Speaking of the current talent problem in China's textile industry, Sun Ruizhe said that at present, China's textile industry has more than 20 million industrial personnel. If the proportion of high-tech talents is in proportion, there is a certain gap with some new high-tech industries, including the system of colleges and universities. Among the colleges and universities in the country, there are more than 200 of the undergraduate education of textile and clothing majors, but the only one who really has textile names is Wuhan Textile University. At the height of its prosperity, 17 colleges and universities have two words in the name of "textile".

How to attract more talents into the clothing industry? Sun Ruizhe thinks there are several things to do next. The two is to establish an interdisciplinary new educational system. Now textile education should not continue to adopt the traditional education mode, but should set up an interdisciplinary education mode.
