Wei Qiao Textile (02698): Subsidiary Renewed Steam Supply Agreement

In October 21, 2019, (02698.HK) issued a notice. In October 21, 2019, (I) Manulife thermoelectricity and its wholly owned subsidiary, Ming Hong textile, renewed the steam supply agreement of the Wei bridge. The contents related to Manulife thermoelectricity from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 three years (including the first two days) to supply steam to Ming Hong textile for the production of Wei Qiao production base; and (II) Binzhou HongNuo and its non wholly owned subsidiary, the Binzhou Industrial Park, to renew the steam supply agreement of Binzhou, which is related to Binzhou's HongNuo from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 three years (including the first and the last two days) supplying steam to Binzhou Industrial Park for the production of Binzhou production base.
