In August 28, 2019, the commemorative Conference on the promotion of total quality management and the establishment of the China Quality Association 40th anniversary was successfully held at the Beijing International Conference Center. As early as 2013, Lu Tai textile was awarded the Thirteenth National Quality Award and became the first cotton textile industry to win the national quality award. Lu Tai textile was also awarded the third China Industrial award in 2014, and won the first prize of the national science and Technology Progress Award in 2015. Behind a series of honors is its continuous pursuit of excellence in management innovation, thanks to the construction of a quality management mode based on market, innovation, quality and brand, and out of a road of management innovation based on textile and beyond textile.

Since 1993, Lu Tai has introduced more than ten management systems, such as quality and environment, to achieve standardization, standardization and internationalization of management.
