China'S Trend: Kappa Business Sales In The Second Quarter Rose More Than 50%
According to relevant media, Kappa parent company China trend announced that in the second quarter of the 2019/20 fiscal year, the group Kappa brand store (excluding Kappa children's clothing business and Japanese business) grew year by year in the middle of the retail sales of the entire platform. Among them, the offline business has achieved a high single digit growth, and the electricity business has achieved a 50% - 60% growth.
In the second quarter of September 30, 2019, the number of Kappa brand stores in China was 1176, compared with a net decrease of 33 in March 31, 2019. The group will continue to increase its efforts to close down inefficient stores.
According to the plan of China's development, the Kappa brand business of the group is in the period of transformation, and the overall brand business continues to recover. Thanks to the group's established reform path and effective channel strategy, the growth momentum of the electricity supplier business, Ole channel and some sales areas has been established.
Due to the change of sales policy, the short-term inventory of the group has increased. Next, the group will strengthen the meticulous management of the product life cycle and strive to reduce the inventory level. On the one hand, the group will continue to deepen the reform of the direct camp so as to strengthen OLE and shopping center as the primary goal of reform. At the same time, the group will continue to strengthen the localization of sales teams throughout the country, so as to support the full turn of product turnover and retail business of self run and direct customers.
In addition, China's trend indicates that the group will increase the introduction of Kappa product development talents, laying the foundation for further product reform.
