In order to solve the problem of restricting the use of talents in the county and alleviate the shortage of high-end design talents and marketing personnel in textile enterprises, the Lanxi municipal Party committee's Organization Department and the Economic Development Zone began to investigate the textile talent enclave construction in March this year. After inspecting the "Enclave mode" in the surrounding areas of the province, we finally chose to build the Lanxi fashion textile creative center in Hangzhou, so as to better rely on the talents, technology and information advantages of the first tier cities, and develop the Lanxi fashion textile industry.

It is understood that the Lanxi fashion textile creative center is located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, and the surrounding catering accommodation, subway bus, shopping malls, supermarkets and other facilities are available.

At present, there are Zhejiang Guanghua Textile Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xin Lan Textile Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Rui Textile Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Boai Home Textile Co., Ltd., Zhejiang five fish Clothing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Huiming Jacquard Weaving Co., Ltd., Zhejiang thousand family bedding Co., Ltd. and 7 other Lanxi local textile, home textiles and garment enterprises.

"After the establishment of the fashion textile creative center, we will carry out closer and effective comprehensive cooperation with enterprises in the areas of design creativity, personnel training, talent introduction and transformation of scientific research achievements." Qi Dongming, vice president of the school of textile science and engineering, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, said that the hospital will deepen cooperation with Lanxi in production, learning and research, and set up a "Training Center for design talents of fashion textile Innovation Center of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University" in the fashion textile creative center, and jointly train a group of excellent creative design talents who can think, do and innovate, and better serve the development of Lanxi fashion textiles.

Previously, in order to solve the problems of less professional talents and difficulty in introducing the textile industry, Lanxi has worked with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Zhejiang Normal University, Zhejiang Textile and Fashion College and Zhejiang Textile and Fashion College to develop higher diploma education and increase the training of local textile talents.

In 2014, Lanxi set up a textile design specialty in vocational secondary schools in Lanxi, and set up a textile class in order to increase the training of local textile technicians. The textile class adopts the "five year consistent" training mode for students. In the first three years, the students studied in Lanxi. After two years, they studied in Zhejiang Textile Institute, and then returned to Lanxi. In June this year, the first 35 students in the textile class officially graduated.
