Aman Chang introduced the basic situation of Qiingdao University. The school of Qiingdao University originated in Qingdao special high school founded in 1909. Just 110th anniversary this year, the school is a key comprehensive university in Shandong province. The textile and clothing College of Qiingdao University originated from the former Shandong Textile Institute of technology. It started in 1950. After nearly 70 years of construction and development, it has become one of the important textile and clothing colleges in the field of textile discipline in the whole country. Fiber materials and nonwoven technology, advanced textile technology, textile chemistry and ecological dyeing and finishing, functional materials and clothing are special research directions in the college. In 2019, the rate of postgraduate entrance examination was 51%, the employment rate had been stable above 97%, and the demand for graduates was in short supply. Large enterprises at home and abroad, such as Haier group, Liqun group, di Shang Group, Lu Tai Group, Fu Tian Group, Bi Wei, Tian Xiang, SGS, and so on, have been favored by college graduates. A large number of high-level talents with extensive social influence have sprung up among graduates. Some outstanding graduates have become high-level experts such as academicians, national Jie Qing and Taishan scholars. Many graduates have become the backbone and leading talents of universities, research institutes and famous textile enterprises. He hoped that the textile and light technology education foundation will continue to focus on supporting the construction and development of the college.

After listening to Bai Jing's introduction to the textile and Light Technology Education Foundation's history and public welfare projects, teachers and students attending the forum held a discussion. They should insist on promoting the technology, fashion and green attributes of textile industry, so that more students can choose textile.
