According to relevant media, Xinhua has announced that it will sell 9.50% stake in the new box technology at a price of 19 million yuan, and the buyer is Alibaba holding box MA (China) Limited. So far, Xinhua has already transferred all its new box technology shares, which means that Fujian's box horse has become a fully self catering business.

It is understood that before the new box technology is a joint venture founded by Xinhua and box Ma, each side accounts for 50% of the shares, mainly responsible for the Fujian area box horse fresh business expansion. At the time of announcement, new box technology opened three stores in Fuzhou in February 2018, June and December respectively.

At present, the box horse has developed rapidly in the first tier cities of Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. For example, the box horse has about 40 stores in Shanghai. The transaction means that after the stabilisation of the box office in the first tier cities, it will accelerate the expansion in the second tier cities.
