Zhang Xian Went To Xinjiang To Attend The KC Meeting And Investigated The Status Of Textile And Clothing Industry.

On October 24, 2019 -28, vice president Zhang Xian was invited to Karamay, Xinjiang to participate in the 2019 Karamay investment and trade fair. After the meeting, I went to Yining, Akesu and other places in Xinjiang to investigate the present situation of Xinjiang textile and garment industry. Associated personnel of the outreach department are accompanied by research. This research activity is one of the series of research activities conducted by the chamber of Commerce in the theme of "never forget the original mind and remember the mission". The main purpose is to investigate and understand the current situation of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry, the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy in the industry, and the exchange of thematic educational results with local governments, parks and enterprises.

On the morning of October 25th, president Zhang was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Karamay investment and trade fair and the purchasing meeting of Mayi investment and trade fair. The event was organised jointly by the Karamay Municipal People's government and the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region business hall. More than 300 enterprises from and outside the country attended the exhibition and attended the exhibition. They focused on displaying the local characteristics of agricultural products, food and clothing, tourism products and hi-tech industries.

On the afternoon of October 25th, president Zhang went to Yining to discuss with Zhang Xuhua, Secretary of Commerce of Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, to understand in detail the industrial distribution of Yili, the construction of textile and garment industrial parks and the policy of attracting foreign investment.

In October 26th, president Zhang, accompanied by the relevant personnel of Zhejiang native produce and animal products import and Export Group, went to the investigation and study of the company in the city of Canada, visited the production workshop of the enterprise, and discussed with the person in charge of the enterprise to understand the current order and recruitment problems of the enterprise. Subsequently, discussions were held with relevant leaders of Commerce and Industry Information Bureau of Huo Cheng county.

In October 27th, Zhang went to Akesu Textile Industrial Park to investigate the construction of the park and the textile and garment enterprises such as Xinjiang Huafu color spinning group, Akesu standard letter Fiber Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Jinli Street Garments Co., Ltd. From spinning, dyeing to garment processing, we have fully understood the situation of Akesu's textile and garment industry chain and the main difficulties faced by the enterprises.

This research activity is full and rich in content. It has thoroughly understood the main problems faced by the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry, and the hardships of the local governments at the grass-roots level to help the poor. It is not easy for enterprises to start businesses in Xinjiang. Xinjiang's governments and enterprises at all levels have devoted themselves to helping Xinjiang's aid business. I have left a deep impression on my research team just because my mission has not been forgotten. President Zhang also said in many exchanges that the chamber of commerce is willing to take an active part in Xinjiang's industry poverty alleviation work, publicize Xinjiang's industrial advantages and development opportunities, and help Xinjiang develop the "one belt and one way" international market. With the continuous deepening of the work of the state's aid to Xinjiang, the support and support efforts will continue to increase, and the textile and garment industry of China will usher in the spring of all-round development.
