    The "Zero Spun Intelligent Bottom Up Device" Project Developed By Jin Lu Technology Has Reached International Advanced Level Through Scientific And Technological Achievements Appraisal.

    In October 31, 2019, entrusted by the China Federation of textile industry, the China Textile Machinery Association organized a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of the "zero yarn intelligent bottom up device" project undertaken by Dongguan Jin Lu Polytron Technologies Inc in Dongguan, Guangdong province. The appraisal committee is composed of 7 professors, Professor Long Hairu of Donghua University and Professor Jiang Xiuming of Tianjin University of Technology.

          

    The Accreditation Committee heard reports on the project development, product testing, technology innovation and user use, reviewed relevant technical information, inspected the implementation site of the project, and after field tests and discussion, agreed that the automatic zero rising technology of the project reached the international advanced level and agreed to pass the appraisal. It is suggested to further develop series products and expand market share.

    Zero spun intelligent bottom up device

    The main innovations are:

    (1) innovative development of a new bottom device, the lock wire and a number of roots along the same straight line spaced needle pierced needle coordination, lifting mechanism to drive the bottom comb for lifting movement, the wire feeding mechanism will block the silk into and draw out the needle, the bottom needle through the way of blocking the silk will be closed.

    (2) the device can start the bottom without the need of waste yarn, realize the zero yarn starting, shorten the weaving time of the opening section, and increase the production efficiency by more than 10%.

    (3) compared with the existing bottom setting device, the labor is reduced, yarn is saved, and the cost is reduced.
