Multi Cohesion Textile Intangible Heritage, Enhance Non Heritage Inheritance Professional Service Ability

What role should government departments and industry organizations play in opening up a new era of inheritance and development of textile heritage? At the third China Textile intangible cultural heritage conference held in Kunming, Yunnan on 2-4 November, representatives of the Ministry of culture and tourism, Ministry of industry and information technology and representatives from associations, colleges and enterprises focused on the value and strength of intangible cultural heritage in the new era to enhance the professional service capabilities of heritage.

Wang Chenyang, the first class inspector of the Ministry of culture and tourism of the Ministry of intangible cultural heritage, has fully affirmed the achievements made in the past few years in protecting intangible cultural heritage. He also said that general secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the promotion of the Chinese traditional culture and enabled the protection of intangible cultural heritage to usher in a new era of innovation and development. At such an important time node, we must fully tap the rich ideological content contained in the intangible cultural heritage, give the New Era Connotation according to the characteristics and requirements of the times, and make the intangible cultural heritage more and more integrated into modern life through creative transformation and innovative development. He further pointed out that "we hope that through the strength of textile intangible cultural heritage, the intangible cultural heritage can be reinvent in the major historical events and themes of the times, such as accurate rural poverty alleviation, precise poverty alleviation", so that intangible cultural heritage can become a cultural bridge to promote communication among all ethnic groups, so that the sound of Chinese culture can be better rooted in people's ideology and moral values, and become a distinct symbol of the whole people's spiritual life.

Cao Xuejun, deputy director of the consumer products division of the Ministry of industry and information technology, discussed how to carry out the inheritance of textile heritage and revitalize traditional textile technology from the perspective of textile technology. He stressed that textile technology is an important part of intangible cultural heritage, and is the cornerstone of the development of modern textile industry. It has played an important role in building textile power, helping new countryside construction and deepening poverty alleviation. Further three suggestions have been put forward: to co-ordinate relevant policies, to promote intangible cultural heritage and traditional technology demonstration and cultivation, industrial transformation, and market promotion; to strengthen integration and docking, to build a perfect textile heritage inheritance chain, to expand traditional crafts and products, to perfect platform functions, to make full use of the advantages of fashion week and Expo, and to enhance the ability of information sharing and professional service.

As a representative of state-owned enterprises in Beijing, Matsuhira, deputy secretary, director and general manager of the Party committee of Beijing Capital Venture Group Co., Ltd., said that the pioneering group has important social responsibilities in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. In the group cultural industry sector, in order to promote the development of intangible cultural heritage, the special theme park of intangible cultural heritage has been introduced into the cultural industry fund and investment incubation project to promote the creation of IT and content production, and build an industrial ecosystem. At the same time, the group has also launched a series of strategic layout in Kunming. It can provide energy for three aspects, such as urban investment and construction, urban ecological environment protection and urban business structure. In the future, Chuang CHUANG Group will introduce environmental protection, cultural relics and intangible cultural heritage and big health industries, helping to enhance Kunming's urban value.

Li Su Mei, President of Kunming college, emphasized that as an important platform for carrying forward the craftsman spirit, colleges and universities must give full play to the advantages of discipline resources, and actively take action in the research and training of intangible cultural heritage. In recent years, the Kunming Institute has carried out theoretical research and practical exploration, sorting out and sorting out the local intangible cultural heritage of Yunnan, building database and inheriting people's direction, and has made some gratifying achievements in the intangible cultural heritage's inheritance and protection and integration into the industry.

Gao Yong, Secretary of the China Textile Industry Federation Party committee, made the keynote speech on opening up a new era of inheritance and development of textile heritage. He summarized the achievements and existing problems of the current textile heritage industry. First of all, the textile intangible heritage industry has made gratifying achievements in environmental construction, inheritance chain and promotion system and platform shaping. However, there are still many problems, including creative transformation, developing market channels, enhancing consumption motivation, and balancing the development of textile intangible heritage. In addition, Gao Yong also put forward four key points in the development of textile heritage, advancing with the times, building a new culture in a new way, integrating with fashion, creating a world influence culture, coordinating with the economic mechanism, building an industrial platform for interdependence and co promotion, and expanding the market space with modern consumption. Finally, he said that the inheritance of textile heritage in the future will be carried out in terms of planning and deployment, industry resource integration, platform construction, Rural Revitalization and cross-border integration.
