Sheng Hong Group Adds Three New Technologies At The Provincial Level.

On the afternoon of November 9th, the provincial new technology appraisal meeting, chaired by Jiangsu Provincial Department of industry and information technology, was held at the textile inspection center of Sheng Hong Group Co., Ltd.

Sheng Hong Group Co., Ltd. has undertaken three new technology projects: "low weight nylon, four sides elastic dyeing and finishing", "ultra-thin nylon spinning high fineness screen printing" and "jacquard T400 fabric dyeing and finishing". After consulting with the experts, the company has been interrogating and communicating with the project leaders of the enterprise. With the technical novelty and advanced nature of the project, the appraisal committee agreed that the project technology reached the leading level in China and agreed to pass the provincial new technology appraisal.

Huang Haiyong, deputy director of technology innovation department, Jiangsu Provincial Office of industry and information technology; Wang Wangzhen, director of technology innovation Department of Suzhou City Bureau of letters and technology, deputy director of he Zhiqiang, and leaders of relevant departments of Wujiang District Bureau of industry and commerce, attended the appraisal meeting; Tang Jun song, general manager of Sheng Hong Group Co., Ltd., Qian Qin Qian Qin, manager of production technology department, attended the meeting.

The appraisal was presided over by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of industry and information technology. 7 experts from the modern silk National Engineering Laboratory, Suzhou Fiber Inspection Institute, Suzhou Vocational University Silk Research Institute, Soochow University, Suzhou printing and dyeing Specialized Committee participated in the appraisal meeting.

Experts attending the meeting listened carefully to the project leader's report on the research and development of the new technology, looked at the products of the new technology research and development, and questioned the relevant details and applications, and the company's R & D personnel made a full and detailed reply.

After reviewing and discussing carefully, the committee agreed that the three new technology projects developed by Sheng Hong group are "low weight nylon, four sides elastic dyeing and finishing", "ultra-thin nylon spinning high fineness screen printing" and "jacquard T400 fabric dyeing and finishing", with advanced technology and strong innovation, all technical indicators meet the requirements of the original design task and agreed to be identified by new technology.

Dyeing and finishing technology of jacquard T400 fabric

The technology products are mainly bio based, and the raw materials are natural renewable. The development of such technology products can effectively reduce the share of petroleum based products currently accounting for more than 90%, reduce the development and utilization of oil, get rid of the dependence on non renewable energy sources such as oil, and ultimately achieve the harmonious development of man and nature.

This kind of technology product has great market prospects not only in terms of economic and social benefits, but also a highlight in the textile field, which is conducive to meeting the needs of high-grade and innovative fabrics, and is in line with the trend of sustainable, healthy and harmonious development of the textile industry.

Four rounds of low gravity nylon dyeing and finishing technology

This project is based on low weight nylon fabric. By studying the pretreatment process, dyeing process and finalizing process of superfine nylon fabric, the process flow and equipment influence are studied. The fabric's desizing performance is improved, and the finished fabric has good resilience, bright color, color fastness and comfort, and better meet customer needs.

High fineness screen printing technology for ultra-thin nylon yarn

This project focuses on the production technology of ultra-fine silk spinning with high fineness. On the basis of the original, it focuses on developing and tackling the technical problems encountered in the production.

The project combines the digital printing and printing technology developed by our company with the traditional printing process. It has changed the simple and monotonous style of the flower pattern in the past, giving the textile features such as fine pattern, rich colors, clear layers, and natural color transition, breaking many restrictions of traditional printing, and greatly expanding the flexibility of printing patterns.
