Annual Meeting Of China Federation Of Plant Dyeing (Grass And Dyeing) Industry Held

In November 12th, organized by the China Textile Industry Federation and the China Textile Construction Planning Institute and sponsored by the Chinese plant dyed (Cao Muran) Industry Association, the Organizing Committee of standardization of plant dyeing of the China Textile Industry Federation organized by the school of art and textile and clothing engineering of Changshu Institute Of Technology was established in the 2019 annual meeting of the Chinese Federation of plant dyeing (grass dyeing) industry in Changshu, Jiangsu.

Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, director of Standardization Technical Committee of China Textile Federation, President of Changshu Institute Of Technology, Jiang Zuojun, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation, deputy director of textile science and technology education foundation, ye Zhi min, Liu Yanwei, Ma Zhihui, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Construction Planning Institute, Zhang Huaidong, deputy director general of China printing and dyeing industry association, Lu Xin, director of art and textile and garment Engineering College of Changshu Institute Of Technology, member of plant dyeing Standardization Working Committee of China Textile Federation, member of plant dyeing alliance unit, member of Expert Committee of plant dyeing alliance, attended the meeting.

The founding meeting of Standardization Working Committee of Standardization Technology Committee of China Textile Industry Federation was held in the afternoon. The meeting was presided over by Professor Xiang Rong, vice chairman of the textile dyeing and garment Engineering College of Soochow University.

In the speech, Jiang Jun Jun, President of Changshu Institute Of Technology, introduced the basic situation of Changshu Institute Of Technology. The school of art and textile and clothing engineering is a special school of the University. It has 6 undergraduate majors, namely, textile engineering, clothing and costume design, fashion design and engineering, product design, visual communication design, environmental design, and more than 1800 full-time students. The school hopes to take this conference as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with the plant dyeing alliance and the standardization working group in building a teaching base and platform, and will further strengthen the research and daily teaching in the field of plant dyeing, and promote the inheritance of traditional dyeing technology and the development of new technology.

Li Lingshen, vice chairman of China Federation of textile industry and director of Standardization Technical Committee of China Textile Federation, delivered a speech on "policy and situation of group standards". First of all, he introduced the Organizing Committee of China Textile Federation Standardization Technical Committee, and pointed out that group standard is an important part of the national standardization system reform. The development of plant dyeing industry is an important way to implement the new orientation of "science, technology, green and fashion" in our textile industry. The plant dyeing working group is an organization that specializes in group standard formulation of plant dyeing field under the Standardization Technical Committee of the Federation, and is of great significance for the construction of China's plant dyeing standard system.

At the same time, Li Ling Shen also talked about the hope that the plant dyeing working group can give full play to its role, widely soliciting opinions from all sides, following the rules and regulations, reflecting the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, and actively implementing the guidelines for good conduct of group standards, establishing rules and regulations, carrying out standard setting procedures, and speeding up the formulation of standards for plant dyeing groups.

The working group on standardization of plant dyeing of China Textile Federation is composed of 23 members. Feng Dehu is the head of the group, Chen Zhihua and Zhang Deliang are deputy leaders, Ma Zhihui is the secretary general, and Lou Cai is deputy secretary general.

Li Lingshen, vice chairman of China Textile Union, director of Standardization Technical Committee of China spinning Federation, Jiang Shu Jun, President of Changshu Institute Of Technology, issued a letter of appointment to leaders and members of plant dyeing standardization working group.

Subsequently, Zhang Deliang, deputy head of the standardization working group of plant dyeing standardization and vice president of Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute, explained the standard system of plant dyeing in detail, and made a report on the work of plant dyeing working group in 2019-2020. He pointed out that at present, there is a lack of relevant standards for plant dyeing in the world, and the relevant standards for domestic plant dyeing are only at the initial stage. The standard of plant dyeing products is defined urgently. The establishment of this plant dyeing Standardization Working Group has provided organizational guarantee for the standardization of plant dyeing in China.

Zhang Deliang emphasized that in addition to the work of formulating standards for plant dyeing groups in the future, the standardization working group should also gradually supplement the industry's urgent and lack of standards, such as standard terminology for plant dyeing, standards for detection of plant dyed products, standards for plant dyeing products, and color standards for plant dyeing. All parties should give full play to their respective professional advantages and work together to solve the specific problems of standardization of plant dyeing.

Finally, the members of the standardization working group and the guests attended the discussion on the establishment of the standard system for plant dyeing.

The 2019 annual meeting of the Chinese Federation of plant dyeing (grass and dyeing) industry was held in the morning. The meeting was chaired by Ma Zhihui, vice president of China's plant dyeing industry association and vice president of China Textile Construction Planning Institute.

Ji Junling, general secretary of the China Federation of plant dyeing (grass dyeing) industry and general manager of Changzhou Mei Sheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., made a report on the work of the plant dyeing alliance 2019 in the first half of the year. In the report, she pointed out that, in conjunction with the six major tasks set up in the League constitution, the league has organized an alliance enterprise to participate in the CHIC exhibition in the two quarter of spring and autumn. It has set up a standard working group of plant dyeing groups, has carried out a series of research work on plant dyeing industry in Korea, Japan and the United States, as well as the construction of Guangxi bluegrass trial planting base, and has achieved remarkable results. It has played a great role in promoting the development of plant dyeing industry in China and even the whole world.

He Jianfeng, Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese Federation of plant dyeing (grass dyeing) Industry Association reported the plant dye alliance's research on plants in South Korea, Japan and the United States in the first half of the year.

Ye Zhimin, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation and executive vice president of textile science and technology education foundation, introduced the promotion of science and technology of textile science and technology foundation and public welfare undertakings at the meeting.

In the free speech session, the participants made in-depth discussions and exchanges on the next step in the development of plant dyeing industry. Combined with suggestions, Ma Zhihui combined with the actual situation of the development of plant dyeing industry, arranged the work plan of plant dyeing alliance in 2019-2020.

The conference held a summary and analysis of the experience and opportunities, contradictions and shortcomings in the development of the plant dyeing industry. It witnessed the establishment of the Standardization Working Group on plant dyeing of the China Textile Industry Federation Standardization Technical Committee, explored new ideas for the development of China's plant dyeing industry, defined new directions, planned new tasks, injected new impetus, and carried out the new orientation of "science, technology, fashion and green" industry, and steadily promoted the high quality development of China's textile and garment industry to a new level and provided strong support.
