Baishi Q3 Revenue Of 8 Billion 750 Million Yuan, Net Profit Increased By 120 Million Over The Same Period Last Year
A few days ago, Baishi group announced its financial performance in the third quarter of 2019: total revenue of 8 billion 750 million yuan, an increase of 21.6% over the same period last year, gross profit of 510 million yuan, an increase of 30% over the previous year, and net profit of non US general accounting standards (Non-GAAP) of 17 million yuan, a net increase of 120 million yuan.
According to the three quarterly earnings report of this year, after the net loss in the first quarter of this year, the third quarter was the net profit of non-GAAP in the second quarter.
Zhou Shaoning, chairman and CEO of Baishi group, said that the rapid growth of electricity and consumption has brought more demand for the wisdom supply chain solutions and logistics services.
According to relevant media, the growth of the group's revenue in the third quarter was mainly due to the growth of its express delivery, express transportation and supply chain business. At the same time, Baishi is speeding up its layout in new businesses such as superior goods, international and financial sectors.
The third quarter's express business revenue was 5 billion 200 million yuan, accounting for 59.5% of total revenue; the express business was 1 billion 400 million yuan, accounting for 15.7%; supply chain business revenue was 450 million yuan, accounting for 5.2%; store plus income 860 million yuan, accounting for 9.9%; other business income 850 million yuan, accounting for 9.8%.
From the perspective of specific business performance, Baishi Express has nearly 1 billion 900 million packages in the third quarter, an increase of 37.9% over the same period last year, which is higher than the national average growth rate of 27.6%. Market share increased from 10.8% in the same period last year to 11.7%. The cost of express delivery has been reduced by 13.2% compared with the same period last year. Baishi used several sets of high-speed automatic sorting line and automatic parcel sweeping and weighing weighing machine (DWS system) in several transport centers. The coverage rate of electronic surface was one hundred percent.
The express freight volume of nearly 100 tons during the quarter was up 1 million 890 thousand tons, up 27.9% over the same period, much higher than the average market growth. Gross profit margin increased by 1.7 percentage points to 6.3% compared to the same period last year. The express transportation constantly optimized its network structure, the number of transfer centers merged to 99, and the number of terminal service outlets increased by 52.3% compared to the same period last year, reaching 17817.
In the first quarter, the total number of orders fulfilled by cloud stores reached 86 million 300 thousand, an increase of 52.7% over the same period. Among them, Bai Yun contributed 40 million 500 thousand orders to the cloud store, double the same period last year. By the end of the third quarter, the supply chain of Baishi had 385 direct warehouses and joined cloud warehouses, with a total management area of over 3 million square meters.
By the end of September, Baishi store has provided quality supply chain services to its 3414 WOWO and Baishi neighborhood brand convenience stores and nearly 43 000 member stores.
The best vehicle logistics platform has been developing rapidly. As of the end of September, 307 thousand trucks have been registered on the best cargo platform. In the quarter, the volume of excellent goods was more than 170 thousand.
Baishi international has been doing business in 19 countries and regions around the world. Among them, the express delivery and supply chain operations in Southeast Asia have been developing steadily in Thailand and Vietnam.
By the end of September, Baishi finance had provided vehicle financing leasing services for some 9765 trucks and carried out factoring and other supply chain financial services.
It is understood that in the past double 11 day, the group's electricity supplier orders exceeded 130 million orders, an increase of 31% over the same period. This data includes express, express, supply chain of Baishi group, as well as logistics orders related to e-commerce in international business.
