    "Culture is the soul of a nation and a nation. Culture prospers the country and promotes prosperity, culture is strong and the nation is strong. The party's nineteen clearly defined the new orientation of cultural construction in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Inner Mongolia has always been praised as "a nation on horseback". Malaysia and Inner Mongolia have deep roots. Mongolia horse and horse culture have a deep accumulation in Inner Mongolia. The "Mongolia horse spirit" creative design competition competition will be held in Inner Mongolia horse culture. It aims to collect creative design power from the whole world, enrich the overall image of Inner Mongolia horse culture, promote innovation and development of horse culture in Inner Mongolia, stimulate the vitality of horse culture and creative industry, and help horse culture develop into cultural tourism market and industrialization.

    The competition is sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party committee, the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region culture and Tourism Department, and the The Pr People Consultancy Limited of the China Youth League joint section (Beijing). It is co sponsored by the Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League of China (Manchuria), the Propaganda Department of Manchuria, Erenhot municipal Party committee, Inner Mongolia radio and TV station, Inner Mongolia daily, Inner Mongolia Xinhua Publishing Group, Inner Mongolia publishing group, Inner Mongolia film group, Inner Mongolia broadcast television network group and Major League committees of colleges and universities. The CFW clothing design is designated as the solicitation platform. The competition aims to combine creative design with modern life style, promote the wider application of design thinking in social production and life services, and finally achieve the active participation of social capital guided by government guidance.

    The competition extended the core idea of the first creation contest, "creative grassland and building a dream future". With the theme of "creative grassland, taking the lead" as the theme, with the help of the two key words of "horse" and "Grassland", the participants were led to associate the contest with Inner Mongolia. "Taking the lead" is also encouraging the participants who have dreams. They can participate actively and respond immediately, and display the horse culture in Inner Mongolia in a free and innovative way, so that more people can understand Inner Mongolia and understand horse culture.

    The collection works are divided into the following seven categories:

    01 plane vision class: brand image design, packaging design, theme poster design, business illustration design for horse business, Ma Jing area, Horse Club, Marseille event, horse theme hotel, horse theme catering and so on.

    02 product design categories: transportation design; furniture design; home appliances design; toy design; home appliances design; arts and crafts of all kinds of materials; tourism, entertainment, health product design and other related designs.

    03 clothing and clothing design categories: clothing design for horse business, Ma Jing District, Horse Club, Marseille, horse theme hotel, horse theme catering and other formats; accessories design; jewelry design; shoes, caps, bags, clothing and other related designs.

    04 movie and animation category: film and television short film creativity; animation creative design; game creative design; animation peripheral product development and other film animation design.

    05 digital media class: dynamic poster, VI design, APP design, interactive experiment design, etc.

    06 integrated project design: enterprises or teams participate in projects. The contents of the project can be innovative business solutions related to horse related creativity, tourism, sports, science and technology, sports events, health care, ecology and so on.

    07 mascot mascot: Aiming at Mongolia horse image and hardworking Mongolia horse spirit, designed mascot for Inner Mongolia's image.

    All the above works need to reflect the relevant elements of "horse". At the same time, it is required that the length and width ratio of the layout of the plane work is unlimited, within 20 megabits, the AI or PSD layered files with a precision of at least 72dpi, and a JPG format thumbnail within 2 megabytes. If there are physical works, provide physical photographs together. The duration of video works should not exceed 3 minutes.

    From September 19, 2019 to December 15th, the competition was open to solicit contributions, and the 123 prize was awarded for all entries and entries. The total prize amount of the competition was 1 million (including tax). At the same time, the organizers and excellent instructors of outstanding universities were set up the group organizers award and the excellent teacher award. The excellent works selected will be supported by the government for creative incubation.
