    Good morning, everyone!

    It is a great pleasure to meet you in the "most beautiful and characteristic town" of China, to explore the future development of China's textile and clothing brand. On behalf of the China Federation of textile industry, I congratulate the convening of the conference and express my heartfelt thanks to all the distinguished guests and friends for their concern and support.

    In the past 70 years since the founding of new China, the Chinese textile and garment industry has developed into the largest and most complete industrial system in the world in the great process of standing up, becoming rich and strong. It is one of China's most potential industrial sectors to take the lead in entering the world's manufacturing power, and has a deep impact on the trend of the global industrial chain, the global textile and clothing trade pattern and the quality of life of people around the world. In the sprint stage of building a moderately prosperous society in China, the industry needs to speed up the development of brand quality by upgrading the industrial foundation capability and industrial chain level.

    At present, the world economy is accelerating the construction of information infrastructure, and the global production and lifestyle, innovation and development paradigm is changing to the direction of digitalization, networking and intellectualization. Take this year's "double eleven" as an example, the Ministry of commerce data show that from November 1st to 11, China's online retail sales exceeded 870 billion yuan, an increase of 26.7% compared with the same period last year. The central bank data showed that on the day of "double eleven", the net Union and UnionPay handled 1 billion 779 million payment and 1 trillion and 482 billion 70 million yuan of net payment business respectively, representing an increase of 35.49% and 162.60% respectively over the same period. The trend of the digital economy is obvious.

    The entire textile and garment industry ecology is also undergoing a trend adjustment, and the development logic of the brand has changed. Artificial intelligence, 5G, block chain and other technologies accelerate the landing in the industry, and the production mode, operation process and organizational structure of enterprises are more flexible, lean and collaborative. The development of intelligent manufacturing industry is developing in depth, and more transparent and efficient supply chain relationship has been formed. Mode innovation is fast iterative, new entry, new interface and new market emerge one after another. Under the digital ecology, the formation of "network effect" and "scale effect" becomes more rapid. The formation cycle of brand is shortened, and the speed of exit is accelerating. From platform brand to net red brand, brand mode is constantly enriched.

    General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that in order to promote the integration and development of the real economy and digital economy, digital transformation has brought strategic opportunities for brand development. The theme of this conference is "building brand digital ecology". It is precisely in the tide of digital economy, how to grasp the current situation and better build China's textile and clothing brand.

    Here, there are three expectations for brand building.

    First, we should build a more high-quality and efficient supply system.

    Quality is the value base of brand. Industrial manufacturing is an important symbol of China's success in reform and opening up. Quality improvement is an important foundation for China's manufacturing. As the world's leading industry of the industrial revolution, the textile and garment industry, under the background of the fourth industrial revolution, should regard intelligent manufacturing as an important means to improve the quality of supply, and promote manufacturing service and product intelligence. On the one hand, we should take full account of the impact of technological upgrading in intelligent transformation, and promote the digitalization, networking and intelligent upgrading of equipment. On the other hand, we should also promote intelligent operation, accelerate the application and popularization of digital technology such as data acquisition, interconnection and industrial software in the production and operation links, enhance the key process numerical control rate, the information integrated application ability and application level, and achieve key links to improve quality and efficiency. At the same time, we actively explore the application of artificial intelligence in product development.

    The two is to build a higher level and more collaborative system of cooperation.

    Ecology is the soil of brand growth. The industry should promote the formation of a more transparent, efficient and collaborative industrial chain and supply chain with information technology, explore the application of block chain technology in the industry, and give full play to its role in promoting data sharing, optimizing business processes, reducing operating costs, enhancing collaborative efficiency, and building a credible system. We should speed up the construction and promotion of industrial and industrial Internet platforms, and guide more enterprises to join the integrated application of industrial Internet. The standard system should be perfected to facilitate interoperability and data integration and sharing among different entities. We should strengthen the construction of innovation alliance and platform, promote synergy of government, industry, University and research, promote cross industry and cross field collaboration, and bring more stakeholders into the industrial ecosystem.

    The three is to build a higher value and more distinctive business model.

    Marketing is the market criterion of brand. The industry should actively explore new models and new formats, and promote the transformation of the scene economy, sharing economy, entertainment economy and subscription economy in the industry. We should speed up brand data management and mining application capabilities, and establish a deep connection between brands and consumers. Respect consumer rights and interests, apply data to predict consumption trends, and provide better services and create greater value for consumers. We should further break the online and offline boundaries, take traffic as the core, and improve the channel construction through platform integration, community integration and scene fusion. Promote the operation of interaction, socialization and customization, explore the combination of AI, VR technology and fashion show, e-commerce, tailoring and other scenes, enhance service experience, deepen the application of social networking, cultivate community and enhance brand stickiness.

    Changes in the wind and thunder are at this time. Manufacturing brand, consumer brand and regional brand are important components of China's textile and clothing brand building, and are the leading force in building a powerful country. We hope that in the tide of digital transformation, we will continuously upgrade our new capabilities, create new values, and inject industry power into building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
