The Chinese textile ecological civilization went all the way into Xingtai and the denim industry green technology exchange meeting was held in Xingtai, Hebei. The theme of this conference is "green transformation to promote the high quality development of jeans industry".

Sun Huaibin, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation, said in his speech, the nineteen major reports of the party put forward the objective and task of speeding up the structural reform of ecological civilization and building a beautiful China. This year, in the fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, the party put forward "adhering to and improving the system of ecological civilization, promoting the harmonious co-existence of man and nature", further clarifying a series of institutional arrangements for building a beautiful China, reflecting the party's deepening understanding of the regularity of ecological civilization construction, aiming to deeply play the role of the system in the construction of ecological civilization, and promote the harmonious development of man and nature, and take it as an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.

In order to implement policies and measures for the development of ecological civilization in China, the textile industry takes the lead in the first place, starting with the establishment of demonstration enterprises of ecological civilization, leading the transformation and upgrading of textile industry and the structural reform of supply side, and promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the industry. Since 2014, the China Textile Federation has launched the activities of carrying out China's textile ecological civilization, and has carried out the concept of ecology to industry and enterprises. Through research, exploration and summary, it has launched the "1+5" model that fits the textile industry, that is, "training and establishing an evaluation index system for demonstration enterprises of ecological civilization in textile industry". It has been used as the yardstick and basis for evaluating the creation of ecological civilization in textile enterprises through five modules, namely, ecological economy, ecological environment, ecological habitat, ecological culture, and ecological system.

He pointed out that in recent years, Xingtai has achieved good results in the development of industrialization. As the first batch of "water ecological civilization cities" in Xingtai, this coincides with this ecological civilization. This conference, taking the green development of the cowboy industry as the starting point, started in Xingtai, is undoubtedly the concrete embodiment of the construction of the industry's ecological civilization. Through this meeting, we hope to gather all sides' strength and wisdom to jointly promote the green development of the textile industry to a new level.

Hao Guanglu, deputy director of the Xingtai Economic Development Zone Management Committee, said that Xingtai is an ancient city with a history of 3500 years, and also a modern industrial town with more complete industrial categories. As the traditional dominant industry in Xingtai, the textile and garment industry has emerged a large number of leading enterprises such as Heng Jin textile, Ningbo Textile Group, Tong Tai children's clothing, Honghe clothing, etc., and has realized the development of the textile and apparel industry chain of denim products, corduroy products and children's garments, among which the blue diamond denim of Heng Jin spinning is renowned at home and abroad. As a traditional manufacturing industry, textile and garment industry can only upgrade the level of green manufacturing and realize green development by introducing advanced green technologies and developing intelligent manufacturing.

The convening of this conference is an important milestone in the green development of Xingtai's textile industry. With the opportunity of this conference, we hope to promote the transformation and upgrading of Xingtai's textile and garment industry and achieve high quality development through the introduction of green technology in the textile industry.

Keynote speech

Mu Ying, a research analyst at the Ministry of energy conservation, made a keynote speech on the theme of "promoting green manufacturing and accelerating industrial water saving and efficiency". She systematically analyzed the current situation and the grim situation of industrial water resources utilization in China, and pointed out that the textile industry as a high water consumption industry has deep water saving potential. She hoped that the textile industry should implement the national water-saving action plan and the relevant requirements of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Industrial water saving action plan, conscientiously fulfill its social responsibilities, strengthen the research and development of water-saving technology, and promote the green transformation and upgrading of the industry.

Next, the Ministry of industry and Commerce will continue to do the following work in the next period of time. First, carry out the promotion and application of advanced and applicable water-saving technologies. Two, improve the standard system of industrial water-saving technology, three encourage the utilization of unconventional water resources, and four, play a leading role in water-saving enterprises and water efficiency leaders. Huashan, executive vice president of China Textile Industry Federation Industrial Economics Research Institute, analyzed the current situation and trend of the high quality development of textile industry from two aspects: the necessity of high quality development and the key direction of high quality development. She said that at present, the textile industry has the foundation of high quality development. Under the new situation, the scale of the domestic market continues to expand, the growth rate slows down, the scale of textile and clothing exports decreases, the economic pressure of the textile industry increases, and the investment in textile industry continues to deepen. Especially in the international competition and Sino US trade frictions, the demand for foreign direct investment in China's textile industry is constantly increasing, as well as consumption upgrading, technological progress and sustainable development. All these are all necessary to promote the high quality development of the textile industry.

Focusing on the new orientation of "technology, fashion and green" in the textile industry, the key development directions for the future development of high quality industries are: new materials, new manufacturing and new applications are the key development directions in the field of science and technology; improving the environment and basic conditions suitable for the development of the fashion industry, the deep integration of the fashion industry with traditional Chinese culture, the internationalization and brand development of China's textile and fashion industry, and the training and storage of related talents in textile and fashion industry are the key development directions of the fashion industry; the application and promotion of water saving, energy saving and clean production technologies are the key development directions of the green industry.

Jiang Tao, director of the electronics Fifth Research Institute of the Ministry of industry and information technology, made a keynote speech on the ideas and progress of green manufacturing system construction from the aspects of green manufacturing integration, knowledge base, implementation ideas and framework, main measures and methods, and the progress and dynamics of green manufacturing system construction. He said that green manufacturing involves not only product life cycle process, environmental protection, but also the optimization of resources and energy utilization. For this reason, the state has carried out the top-level design, and has basically formed the "1+3+X" framework system, so as to realize the green transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry, the green utilization of resources recycling, the green manufacturing technology innovation and the green manufacturing system construction.

He said that the green manufacturing system in textile industry has achieved remarkable results. In the future, the textile industry can carry out work in the fields of green technology popularization, green manufacturing standard setting and green manufacturing system construction.

At present, many factories have used and tested SmartIndigo products, and many cowboy brands have designed and used SmartIndigo fabrics. In view of the prospect of smart indigo China market, he said that the output of denim and jeans produced in China ranks first in the world. The Chinese market consumes about 35000 tons of Indigo powder annually, accounting for about 50% of global consumption.

At present, the denim production plant is widely used in chemical reduction and environmental pollution is serious. Therefore, the market potential of smart indigo technology is enormous. In the future, the environmental protection technology will be based on the Xingtai factory, and will cooperate with denim producers and indigo producers to establish SMARTINDIGO smart indigo project in the domestic cowboy production area to help clean and sustainable development of jeans production.

He said that the sustainable development of the textile industry can not just be a slogan, but should be put into action. For this reason, he is willing to make an innovative attempt with Smart-Indigo SedoEngineering, a R & D company of indigo technology, to take an important step for cleaner and sustainable development of the jeans industry.

At the meeting, Jiang Tao, on behalf of the appraisal expert group, read out the assessment decision of the Henan Zhongda Hengyuan biological Polytron Technologies Inc to establish the textile green supply chain sustainable development demonstration enterprise. The expert group took the "evaluation index system of the textile industry ecological civilization demonstration enterprise" as the basis for evaluation. After listening to the enterprise report, through the information review, on-site inspection and questioning, the group agreed that the information provided by Zhongda Hengyuan of Henan is full and accurate, consistent with the evaluation conditions for establishing the sustainable development demonstration enterprise of the textile green supply chain, and is a model for the sustainable development demonstration enterprise of the textile green supply chain. Wen Yanjun, chairman of Henan Zhongda Hengyuan biological Polytron Technologies Inc, has made an experience sharing on the green leader in the textile industry. After 30 years of development, through continuous R & D investment and technological innovation, it has continuously built a systematic management soft power. Zhang Haifeng, chairman of Hebei Heng Jin Textile Co., Ltd., has shared experiences in creating green factories. Heng Jin textile is the largest export denim manufacturer in North China, the national high and new technology enterprise. The company integrates design, research and development, production and sales as a whole, specializing in the production of "blue diamond" denim fabric. It produces 35 million tons denim every year, and directly serves more than 20 famous brands such as Levi's, AEO, Lee, G-star and so on. Its products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions. In 2017, the company launched the construction of a green factory.

During the meeting, delegates also visited the green indigo liquid production demonstration plant of the environmental science and technology of Gu Li.
