Although carding neps and short liners are better, fiber damage may result from over combing, and yarn quality is not satisfactory. Carding is done by carding elements, and the combing elements are not in good condition, so they can not achieve ideal carding effect. The chain of the movable cover is stretched, the chain is not flexible, the wear of the movable cover and the fluctuation of the cover are common management problems of the enterprise. The wear of the heel and toe surface and the fluctuation of the cover often cause the spacing is not allowed. This happens when sliding friction and bearing rolling friction occur. The following points should be noted in the maintenance of the cover chain and the movable cover skeleton.
1) the length of the cover chain must be ensured to be within 76 mm of the whole elongation, and the root difference between two sides should be controlled within 3 mm. Secondly, the star type guide plate must be ensured to be free from wear, distortion and integrity.
2) regularly clean the chain and fill the gas, periodically measure the length, install the short root chain on the main transmission side, eliminate the difference between the length and the length, and prevent the cover plate from running parallel.
3) adjust the tension of the chain correctly, with the middle supporting feet as the main body, and the rear supporting feet as the auxiliary parts, and pay attention to the horizontal condition of the top of the adjusted movable cover, so as to ensure the tension on both sides is uniform, so as to eliminate the uneven sides of the sides and the excessive or too small tension.
4) pay attention to the lubrication effect of the lead powder block of the movable cover, ensure that the lubrication is good, stop the excessive resistance of the cover plate caused by poor lubrication, and extend the chain.
We should strengthen the management of Carding Clothing. Carding Clothing is not only a periodic part, but also a fragile part. In the management of card clothing, there are several problems in general enterprises.
1) the replacement cycle of card clothing is not clear, the use of card clothing is too serious, and even for more than 6 years, it does not pay attention to carding quality. It is suggested that the use cycle of the card clothing should be set according to the actual output and the quality of the card clothing, and the condition of the card clothing and carding quality should be observed at any time to ensure the use time of the card clothing and the quality of the finished product. The domestic first-line brand card clothing can be used for 1.5 years, which can meet the quality requirements of USTER 2013 bulletin.
2) the needle belt is injured and the disease is running on the machine. In case of accidental replacement of needle clothing, strict evaluation must be carried out. For accidental injury, the cause must be found and the two damage after the machine is eliminated.
3) there is no sound card clothing management regulations and the use of ledgers, the use of lax clothing, casual replacement. It is suggested to set up the replacement account for the card clothing, constantly carry out the optimization test of the card clothing type, and select the brand and model suitable for the enterprise and cost-effective. If the varieties are changed frequently and the raw materials change greatly, it is suggested that the general card clothing should be selected and the yarn quality level between different raw materials should be considered.
According to AFIS test, neps will increase more than 2 times when the suction tube of the carding machine is blocked. To ensure that the suction system of the carding machine is smooth is also conducive to ensuring the quality of carding sliver. The key to ensure the smooth ventilation system of the carding machine is that the dust quantity is suitable, and the two is to check and remove the running personnel in time.
