Intelligence, Ecology And Communion, 2019 National Knitting Technology Exchange Conference Held

The 2019 national knitting technology exchange conference, held in Wuxi, Jiangsu, was held in December 20th at the Junlai Lakeside Hotel, China. The theme of this conference is "intelligence, ecology and communion". It aims to participate in the dialogue through government, industry organizations, enterprises and research institutions, closely related to the global background of technology development such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence. From the perspective of new raw material preparation, intelligent production weaving, green dyeing and finishing, we will explore the key technologies and applications of intelligent and ecological knitting, and promote the sustainable development of the industry.

Starting from the new consumption demand, this paper probes into the new trend of the development of knitting technology and knitting industry under the background of globalization, implements the tenet of developing people-oriented industry, advocates healthy and fashionable life style, and satisfies people's expectation for a better life. The conference analyzed the key technologies of new raw material preparation, intelligent production and weaving, and green dyeing and finishing. Combined with the global background of the technology development such as the Internet, big data and AI, we accelerated the development of the upstream and downstream industry chain. At the meeting, entrepreneurs, technicians and experts and scholars from all walks of life gathered together. Through extensive technical and information exchange, new thinking on the innovation and development of the knitting industry was initiated, providing new ideas for the development of the knitting industry.

Chen Weizhi, Vice Chancellor of the Chinese Academy of engineering and vice president of Jiangnan University, first expressed his thanks to the representatives from all walks of life who helped the development of textile discipline in Jiangnan University. Later, the environment of China's textile industry was analyzed. The Chinese textile industry is facing the new normal development of structural adjustment and upgrading. It meets the background of the development of big data and artificial intelligence technology, and drives the innovation and development of the industry. This is also an opportunity for this conference to convene. In recent years, Jiangnan University has laid a solid foundation in personnel training, education and teaching. It attaches great importance to scientific research and industry university research cooperation, and focuses on promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements and upgrading and transformation of service industries.

Chen Xiaohua, secretary and chairman of Wuxi science and Technology Association Party group, analyzed the industrial status, future development of the knitting industry and the current development of Wuxi textile industry. Chen Xiaohua said that under the impetus of Wuxi's industrial development policy, Wuxi's textile industry showed a good trend of development, including chemical fiber, clothing and weaving. At the same time, with the popularization of knitting technology, especially with the extensive expansion of knitting technology in industrial textiles, the knitting industry's position in the entire textile industry will become more prominent.

Fu Guangwei, executive vice president of the China Textile Engineering Society, summarized and reviewed the contribution of textile development and the current development of the knitting industry in his speech. He took many innovative technologies of domestic textile enterprises as a guide, and hoped that the cooperation and discussion of the representatives of this conference could help the development of the driving and innovation of the knitting industry, while expressing expectations for the development of the knitting industry today.

The opening ceremony also carried out 2019 "Zong Pingsheng knitting foundation" outstanding papers award. Professor Cong hung Lian, Jiangnan University, represented the Zong Ping knitting foundation Secretariat as the evaluation report of the "2019 annual outstanding knitting Foundation Award". After the expert evaluation of the Zong Pingsheng foundation, 3 first prize, two prize and 6 three prize winners were selected. Yang Jizhao, former vice chairman of China Federation of textile industry and former president of China Knitting Industry Association, analyzed the macroeconomic situation facing the industry development, the development of the large textile industry and the economic operation trend of the knitting industry from four aspects: the macro background, the industry situation, the knitting trend and the future outlook. In the meantime, we looked forward to the future development of the industry from five aspects: improving product quality, accelerating technological innovation, leading intelligent creation, telling brand stories and developing green production.

Gu Ping, President of the China Textile Machinery Association, analyzed the overall operation of China's textile machinery industry in the first three quarters of 2019 in the analysis of the textile machinery industry. Through the relevant data, the operation situation and import and export situation of three types of knitting machines such as circular weft knitting machine, warp knitting machine and flat knitting machine were emphatically analyzed. At the same time, the global sales situation of knitting machinery in 2018 was introduced based on the statistics of global knitting machinery shipments of ITMF (International Federation of textile manufacturers).

Lin Guangxing, vice president of China Knitting Industry Association, in the "philosophy of knitting industry", starts from the general law of industrial development, studies the essence of the development of the knitting industry, and clearly points out that the fundamental driving force for promoting the knitting industry is science and technology, and puts forward the philosophical thinking of the knitting industry in terms of technological improvement, technological perfection, product development, industrial agglomeration, regional cooperation and the inevitability and feasibility of high quality development.

Liu Xin, deputy director of the Ministry of industry and vice president of the Industrial Economics Research Institute of China Textile Industry Federation, introduced the overall situation of the domestic textile and garment industry this year in the 2019 "China Textile and apparel industry operation situation". Since 2019, influenced by trade disputes and geopolitical factors, the global economy has obviously slowed down, the international market demand is low, and the domestic macro economy has also been under pressure, and the domestic demand market is slowing down.

Li Shihua, general manager of Fujian Yung Wing Brothers Group and the founder of 805 textile network, introduced the core functions of the digital cloud platform 805 textile network serving the textile supply chain in detail in the report of "textile supply chain cloud platform - 805 textile net".

Professor Jiang Gaoming, professor and doctoral tutor of Jiangnan University, makes a report on artificial intelligence leading innovation and development of textile industry. In the report, starting from the direction of artificial intelligence, the functions of computer vision technology and deep learning algorithm for textile retrieval and knitted fabric defect detection are introduced, and the application of artificial intelligence in textile education is described. The application of machine learning algorithm in textile design, such as intelligent CAD development, fabric pattern design and production management, is described in detail, and fashion trend prediction and garment design are also introduced. At the same time, industrial robots are introduced to realize digital automatic production of cheese dyeing in textile industry.
