In December 25, 2019, the board of supervisors of the company received the written resignation report of Wang Weixing, chairman of the board of supervisors of the company. Because of the adjustment of the work, Wang Weixing proposed to resign as chairman of the board of supervisors of the seventh board of supervisors of the company, and he will not hold any post in the company after his resignation.

According to the company law, the guidelines for the standardized operation of listed companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the articles of association of the company, the company's board of supervisors is composed of 3 supervisors. The resignation of chairman Wang Weixing of the board of supervisors will result in a lower number of members of the board of supervisors than the statutory minimum number. The resignation report shall take effect after the new supervisors are elected by the general meeting of shareholders, and Wang Weixing will continue to perform the duties of chairman of the board of supervisors. The board of supervisors of the company will nominate the new supervisor candidate as soon as possible in accordance with the statutory procedures and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for election.
