The people's Bank of China said that the reduction is a comprehensive reduction, reflecting the counter cyclical adjustment, releasing long-term funds of about about 800000000000 yuan, will effectively increase the financial institutions to support the stable sources of funds for the real economy, reduce the financial cost of financial institutions supporting the real economy, and directly support the real economy. At the same time, the central bank said that the reduction in the amount of cash before the Spring Festival will form a hedge. The total liquidity of the banking system will remain basically stable, maintaining flexibility and moderation.
