Shuyang Economic Development Zone Was Selected As The National Smart Textile Industrial Park Pilot Project.

In November 29th, the reporter learned from the first national textile and Garment Industrial Park Development Forum held in Shuyang that the Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone was selected as a pilot project of the national intelligent textile industrial park.

The first national textile and Garment Industrial Park Development Forum was co sponsored by the China Federation of textile industry and Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone. It invited people from various levels of textile industry association, textile and garment industrial park, colleges and universities, and many well-known entrepreneurs to discuss and communicate with each other around the theme of "intelligent empowerment and brand building", and to analyze the current development of China's textile and garment industry, and to make suggestions for the future development of the industry.

At the forum, Sun Huaibin, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, Li Jincai, Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation, Zhai Yanju, director of Information Department of China Textile Industry Federation, and other experts and scholars, respectively, gave keynote speeches on the industrial environment of the industrial park development, the innovation and integration of textile and garment industrial parks, and how to build intelligent textile industrial parks. Shuyang introduced the high quality development experience of textile industrial park at the forum.

In the theme dialogue session, Xie Ming, former president of Jiangsu Textile Industry Association, Henan province Zhumadian County Xiping county magistrate Li Quan Xi, deputy director of Zhumadian Korla economic management committee, Huang Lei, chairman of Hong Liu Textile Science and technology Shuyang Co., Ltd. respectively put forward their own ideas and ideas on how to achieve high quality development of textile and garment industrial park.

During the forum, the Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the China Textile Federation and signed a friendly cooperation agreement with Korla Xinjiang economic development zone. The forum also awarded the vice chairman of the China Textile and Garment Industrial Park Development Alliance, and selected 30 outstanding textile enterprises in 2018, 28 outstanding enterprises in 2018, and 23 advanced merchants. Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone and Henan Xiping industrial cluster area were selected as the National Smart Textile Industrial Park pilot. At the same time, the southwest area management headquarters of the greenbelt group was listed as the national (Western) fashion and creative base.

In recent years, according to the idea of "Park industrialization and industrial characteristics", Shuyang has made great efforts to promote the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry from follower development to leading development. At present, the county's textile and garment enterprises have reached 370, of which 188 are regulated, mainly covering three major parts, covering yarn, home textiles and intelligent knitting, forming a more complete industrial chain covering "mechanical equipment - spinning, weaving, weaving, dyeing, clothing" and so on. In 2017, the total sales revenue of Shuyang textile industry ranks the highest in Northern Jiangsu Province. It is expected to reach 14 billion yuan this year and become another ten billion tier industry in Shuyang. Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone has successively won the national textile industry structure adjustment outstanding contribution award and the national textile talent construction advanced unit and so on. It has been awarded the national textile industry transfer demonstration park, the Chinese covered yarn industry base, the China intelligent knitting industry innovation award, the national shading jacquard fabric development base, the national indoor air purification fabric development base, the Jiangsu province covered yarn industry base, the Jiangsu textile industrial cluster to promote the advanced units, and so on, and has been selected as the "Silk Road Jingwei Industrial influence industrial park list" in 2018. It has been recognized as the provincial science and Technology Industrial Park by the Jiangsu science and technology department. "Shuyang textile" has formed regional brand with distinct characteristics.
