Affected by the upstream textile market situation, the main business income of textile machinery enterprises has declined a little in the first three quarters of 2019, and most spinning machine entrepreneurs are feeling "difficult". With the coming of 2020, what new changes are facing the market situation and development environment of the textile machinery industry? What corresponding adjustments should be made to the development priorities of the industry and enterprises? Many highlights under heavy pressure

Reporter: in the past 2019, the development of China's textile machinery industry has a great downward pressure. In the first three quarters, there was a slight decrease in main business income. Could you summarize what changes have taken place in China's textile machinery industry in 2019?

Gu Ping: as you said, in 2019, under the influence of the global economic downturn, the textile industry's industrial transfer and structural adjustment, and the periodical adjustment of the textile machinery industry, China's textile machinery industry also showed a trend of readjustment and acceleration. Not only in China, but also in the countries and regions of the world's major textile machinery since 2019, the global textile machinery trade volume has also declined.

According to the data of the first three quarters of 2019, the textile industry enterprises above Designated Size achieved 64 billion 522 million yuan in business income, a 5.79% decrease compared with the same period last year. From the trend of single month, there was a trend of year-on-year decrease after the two quarter; the total profit of textile Machinery Enterprises above Designated Size reached 4 billion 358 million yuan, a 7.73% decrease compared with the same period last year; the operating income margin was 6.75%, a decrease of 1.45 percentage points over the same period last year. Over the scale, the accounts receivable of textile machinery enterprises increased by 14.15% compared with the same period last year, and finished product inventories decreased slightly by 1.03%. In the situation of the decline of operating income of the textile machinery industry, accounts receivable continued to show two digit growth, indicating that the market competition became more intense.

Although the operation pressure of China's textile machinery industry increased in 2019, the main economic indicators showed a decline, but there are still many bright spots in the development of the industry.

The product development of enterprises is closer to market demand. Finding the direction of innovation from demand has become an important consensus and development idea for Chinese textile machinery enterprises. From the performance of textile machinery market in 2019, we can see that whether intelligent chemical plant construction, or single machine automation and partial continuous, automatic and intelligent storage transformation, all conform to the development of high efficiency and high quality in textile industry, and forced spinning machine enterprises to accelerate product research and development, expand industrial chain cooperation, and continuously introduce innovative products. After years of market competition baptism, China's textile machinery enterprises operate more standardized and more scientific management. In August 2019, Jinlun clothing (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. won the eighteenth "National Quality Award" and became the first textile machinery enterprise to win the "National Quality Award". From the domestic market, the new production capacity of the domestic textile industry cluster and the transfer to the central and western regions, as well as the upgrading and upgrading of the existing capacity, still have much room. Foreign markets, with the strategy of "one belt and one road", the multi-level demand of the emerging textile and garment producing countries will bring long-term growth space to our textile machinery enterprises.

For textile machinery enterprises, to seize these market opportunities, the key is to enhance their core competitiveness. In recent years, China's textile machinery enterprises have made remarkable progress in technology, but the ability of independent innovation of enterprises is still relatively weak. At present, the gap between domestic enterprises and foreign first-class enterprises is still obvious. In the ITMA 2019 exhibition, we can see many breakthroughs in innovative products, from which we can see the gap between China's textile machinery enterprises and the world's top spinning enterprises. Intelligent manufacturing upgrading

Reporter: this year is the year when 13th Five-Year ended. What achievements have been made in China's textile machinery industry during the "13th Five-Year" period? What is the main task of China's textile machinery industry in the coming 14th Five-Year?

Gu Ping: intelligent manufacturing can be regarded as the main theme of the development of the industry during the "13th Five-Year" period. The textile industry has developed from the intelligence of the single machine to the digitalization, automation and intellectualization of the system. The textile industry "13th Five-Year plan" has made remarkable achievements in the construction of seven intelligent production demonstration lines, including cotton spinning, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing. Cotton textile intelligent production demonstration line has achieved fruitful results. From the digital workshop of Jiangsu Dasheng to Yu Dahua's intelligent manufacturing project in Wuhan, we have witnessed the development process and effect of Intelligent Manufacturing in China's textile industry. For example, the intelligent manufacturing projects already implemented in the field of textile and clothing have achieved automation and digitalization. Most of them have been networked, and some have intelligent equipment and functions. For the development of the industry in 13th Five-Year, the China Textile Machinery Association will collate and summarize the overall plan according to the 13th Five-Year plan.

For the upcoming "14th Five-Year", at present, the China Textile Machinery Association is embarking on the preliminary research of the industry "14th Five-Year" plan. On the basis of current development, the intelligent manufacturing of textile and clothing will develop towards a more intelligent direction. At the same time, it will expand to other fiber materials such as acrylic fiber, spandex, wool and hemp fiber and expand to other processing technologies such as cloth dyeing, needling, spinning and melting, and expand to home textiles and industrial areas.
