Lululemon Leads The First Chief Brand Officer

Lululemon, a famous Canadian sportswear retailer, will soon be the first chief brand officer in brand history. In January 20th of this year, Nikki Neuburger, the former global marketing director of American Technology Corp Uber's Uber Eats, will formally join the Lululemon senior leadership team and act as Lululemon's chief brand officer, responsible for brand marketing, creativity, communication and sustainable development, and enhance brand image.
Neuburger worked as a global marketing executive at UberEats Uber before serving as a global marketing director in the American Technology Corp. During that time, he led the team to extend the application to 36 countries and regions around the world. Before joining Uber, she worked in the US sports giant Nike (Nike) for 14 years, served as the global vice president of Nike Running platform, and head of Nike Membership.
Neuburger said, "I am very pleased to be able to join Lululemon, and I am looking forward to working with Lululemon team to further enhance the brand and help brands establish deeper ties with new and old customers around the world."
Last December, Lululemon announced the key financial data in the third quarter of fiscal year 2019, thanks to the continuous expansion of the brand entity store network and the rapid growth of the electricity supplier business. The net sales volume of Lululemon in the third quarter increased 23% to 916 million US dollars, an increase of 17% over the same period last year, higher than that of analysts.
LVMH
A few days ago, the French luxury group LVMH announced the appointment of H l l ne Valade, vice president of sustainable development of the former Suez group, as the new director of environmental development to replace the retired Sylvie B nard.
H e l ne Valade graduated from Paris Political University and later joined IFOP, a French opinion polling agency. In 2005, he joined the well-known environmental enterprise and the world's largest Water Service Company Suez (Suez) group. In 2014, he became the director of sustainable development of Lyonnaise des Eaux, Suez's water supply company, and was soon appointed by Suez as vice president of group sustainable development.
In addition, since June 2018, H e l ne Valade has also been the chairperson of the French Corporate Social Responsibility Observatory (ORSE), and also serves as the director of ADEME, an environmental advisory body.
H e l ne Valade will take over the previous work of Sylvie B e nard and implement the group "LIFE 2030" environmental protection strategy.
Antoine Arnault, the LVMH group's communications and image director, said, "I am very glad that H l ne Valade joins LVMH. She will further promote the group's environmental protection business, set up the highest supply chain standard, improve the production environmental benefits indicators, and reduce carbon emissions."
Maison Kitsun e

Yuni Ahn is the first external designer hired since Maison Kitsun was founded. Previously, all the series of brands have been designed by two founders Gildas Loa C and Masaya Kuroki and the internal creative team. Her accession also helped Maison Kitsun meet for the first time in Paris fashion week.
Graduated from Central Saint Martins college, Yuni Ahn has rich experience in design, and has worked in Stella McCartney, Chlo, Miu Miu, Paul Saint Martin and other brands. Before joining Maison Kitsun, Yuni Ahn was in charge of early autumn and walking show series in the era of Phoebe Philo, with many years of experience in accessory design.
Maison Kitsun E has not disclosed who will succeed Yuni Ahn, but according to the founder, the new creative director will be selected from within the company.
Sequential Brands Group
Recently, the US brand management company Sequential Brands Group (hereinafter referred to as Sequential) announced the appointment of David Conn as the new CEO and director.
David Conn has more than 25 years of experience in brand management and marketing, and previously served as chief executive officer of ThreeSixty Group. During that time, it helped the company acquire Schwarz FAO, a toy retailer, and built a new electronic business platform for it, and opened a new FAO Schwarz store in Manhattan, New York in 2018.
Prior to being chief executive officer of ThreeSixty, David Conn had worked in Iconix Brand Group, VF Corporation, True Religion Brand Brand.
In November last year, Sequential announced its third quarter earnings. Sales fell by 13.9% and its losses continued to expand. It also announced the resignation of chief executive Karen Murray. According to the report of "ornate ambition", the total income of Sequential in the third quarter ended September 30, 2019 was 25 million 400 thousand US dollars, down 13.9% from 29 million 500 thousand US dollars in the same period last year, a net loss of 18 million 400 thousand US dollars, a loss of 0.28 US dollars per diluted share, a loss of more than 10 million 500 thousand US dollars in the same period in 2018, and a loss of 0.16 US dollars per diluted share.
