Policy items

01 speed up fine management import and create activities.

Conditions of declaration: the first 10 printing and dyeing enterprises (including washing enterprises) that have taken the lead in establishing demonstration acceptance through meticulous management.

Subsidy standard: each family gives 100 thousand yuan subsidy reward once.

02 printing and dyeing enterprises technical transformation project subsidy

Conditions of declaration: when the total amount of equipment purchased (including financial leasing) is more than 1 million yuan per year or more than 300 thousand yuan per unit (set) is higher than that of printing and dyeing enterprises, the total amount of purchase is based on tax.

Subsidy standard: after declaration, it is subsidized by 10% of the equipment purchase amount (excluding tax), and the intelligent equipment is purchased by means of financial leasing, and subsidized according to the same standard. The maximum subsidy for a single enterprise should not exceed 50% of the annual tax payable.

03 subsidy for general technical renovation projects

Conditions of declaration: when the annual production equipment is invested in printing and dyeing enterprises (4 million yuan), the total purchase amount shall be tax included. (printing and dyeing enterprises technical transformation project subsidies, general technical transformation project subsidies can not be declared at the same time, enterprises can choose one of them according to their actual choice).

Subsidy standard: after the project has been put into operation, it will be subsidized by 6% of the purchase amount of the equipment according to the declaration, and the maximum annual profit of each enterprise is not more than 3 million yuan. When the annual production equipment investment reaches 100 million yuan and more than 200 million yuan, the equipment purchase is the highest in the industry of the city, and the maximum amount of equipment purchase can be subsidized by 5 million yuan and 10 million yuan. Leasing equipment obtained through financial leasing is regarded as the equipment for purchase (transformation), which is subsidized according to the above standards. The investment measures that have already enjoyed preferential policies will no longer apply this measure.

The subsidy standard is 50 thousand yuan, 100 thousand yuan and 150 thousand yuan respectively, according to the authority and international level of the system.
