At present, a people's war to block the "new coronavirus infection with pneumonia" is being launched nationwide. This sudden virus happened just in Spring Festival, so it brought great influence to social stability, national economy operation and so on. During the epidemic, the author interviewed several owners of small and medium-sized textile enterprises in order to understand the ecological conditions of textile enterprises under the epidemic situation.

First, evaluate the impact of "new coronavirus infection pneumonia epidemic" on enterprises.

Like other industries, chemical fiber weaving enterprises are also faced with delays in starting operations, changes in the production process and order, and the need for readjustment of the entire production and marketing plan. Most of the water jet weaving enterprises in Wujiang, Jiangsu, plan to resume their working hours at the beginning of the year, which are different from enterprises and orders. The earliest enterprises such as Shengze originally planned to complete the shift at four in the beginning of the year, but the epidemic had to be postponed. For the well-known reasons, the original supply and demand plan was also able to communicate with customers during the new year.

According to the epidemic prevention plan formulated by provinces and municipalities, there are many factors to control workers returning to factories in different places, and the requirements for on-site management and control of intensive enterprises are clear and strict. In the process and order of industry, most enterprises are also affected. In the pre holiday festival, the operation after the commencement of operation has not been completed. The order of the whole production process should wait until the epidemic situation is relaxed, and the staffing situation will be recompiled.

The textile enterprises in Wujiang use more textile workers in the field, and do not work at home for a long time. Employees will choose to work in different places with the same position in all kinds of information exchange, or relocate in their hometown. For example, Wang, a former textile manufacturer in Jinzhai, Anhui, originally blocked a car in Shengze. Recently, she was chatting with her friend's mobile phone in a leisurely family. As a result, a local private textile enterprise was familiar with her work. Although wages were three hundred or four hundred yuan less than that in Taizhou factories, she returned to Shengze's "old club" because she was close to home, and decided to work in a nearby textile mill.

During the interview, a lot of corporate bosses told me that the impact of the "holiday" on the long holiday arrangement for various industrial companies is existed. Textile enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized multi structure spinning enterprises in Northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu, which are mainly made in processing, are mostly supporting large textile garments and bedding production enterprises in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian and Guangzhou Shenzhen. They are maintained by orders and supply time nodes, and operate with each other. Some of the "old chains" used in some modes of operation are "no change" in most enterprises. This time, we do not know if the start of the project is delayed. When the two sides go to work, the first thing is to run the supply and demand of products before the car starts. Of course, it is also necessary for the whole upstream and downstream to connect smoothly. If there is a problem in production or marketing, the layout of the operation process will be rearranged. As for the market and product production and sales volume, the enterprise thinks that it is unclear for the time being, but the road is not clear, but there must be some changes.

Two, the prediction of specific rework time.

Now, the more common time to resume work is during the 8-10 day of February. Up to now, no information has been heard about the early resumption of work. A textile enterprise manager said that any use of other provinces and municipalities of the textile enterprises, the resumption of driving time will now be unable to determine, mainly because the locality of local locations, traffic closed and prohibited are based on the current situation of the local epidemic, some towns and villages where the epidemic has been sealed, when the ban is unknown. For example, the traffic management department of Jiangsu has issued a notice to temporarily shut down some high speed exports to cities, counties and districts. The coastal provinces such as Jiangsu and Shandong have more textile enterprises, and are located in the import and Export Department of the developed roads and roads. The high-speed export is closed at many locations, and the staff and logistics are all affected. The possibility of multiple enterprises returning to work in early February is not large. The actual shutdown time has been more than half a month.

In the interview, the head of the textile enterprise said that if the order was urgent, they would arrange for the local workers to start production after the ban slowed down. The operation schedule should be scheduled in real time according to the requirements of production and the position of the employees. Of course, this is only a plan. In recent days, Hubei, Jiangxi, Shandong and other places have received severe information about the epidemic. Some textile enterprises in the eastern region are worried about the revival, because the textile workers in the central and western regions are their main human resources.

However, in the face of the epidemic situation, the majority of textile enterprises are still aware of the general situation and the overall situation, expressing the need to strictly implement the call of the party and government, actively support the prevention and control of the epidemic situation, and never drag the overall battle. Many home textile enterprises and trade associations in Jiangsu have sent letters and proposals to industrial workers and enterprises far away from home. They urge everyone to take the overall situation as the priority, take people's livelihood as the basis, firmly respond to the call, obey the command, and let the small family as everyone, so as to ensure a complete victory in the blockade battle.

Three, facing the deep thinking in the future.

(1) during the inquiry, most of the heads of enterprises expressed concern that the impact of the epidemic was not only reflected in the early or early resumption of business, the performance of orders, and so on, but also the impact of the epidemic trend on the operation of various industries, especially on foreign trade. Enterprises say that lack of people can be encouraged, and the construction period can catch up, but the trade picking out of the epidemic is more troublesome. Although some small and medium-sized textile enterprises have less direct import and export business, most of them are matched with some well-known, large-scale and brand textile enterprises in Shanghai, Fujian and Guangdong. The degree of control of the epidemic is bound to affect the quality of flow in the future international and domestic trade process. Supporting enterprises consider the most and the most serious problem.

(2) export orders for textiles and clothing will certainly not be good. PHEIC is three months old and three months later. Once again, WHO chairman (Ethiopia nationality) wants to help us Chinese again. But we must face the reality, otherwise WHO will not be fair. I hope the epidemic will soon be over.

(3) in the first quarter of 2020, GDP dropped by one point at the same time last year, and 2 points were estimated. I don't know if I can catch up with the three quarters. I hope so. It is hoped that the textile market will perform better in the second half of the year.

(4) buyers from Europe and the United States may unite to boycott Chinese textiles. Suppliers in Shanghai, Hongkong and Guangdong have already been issued "Guarantee Letters" by us importer requirements. At present, "concerted action" still stays at the stage of "issuing guarantee", and whether it will go to the "third party certification" stage in the future, remains to be further observed.

Of course, the good news is also there. The development of the epidemic is basically moving towards "controllable" direction. I believe we can give the whole nation another lesson. The adjustment of industrial structure, the "e-business" of trade patterns and the "off-site trading mode" will be popular. Of course, the "retaliatory rebound" after the end of the epidemic is also expected.
