In order to implement the provincial government's resolute win in the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic Recently, the provincial development and Reform Commission issued the "general knowledge of temporarily reducing the price of water and electricity consumption for enterprises during the period of prevention and control of new crown pneumonia", and issued corresponding policies and measures for the price of water and gas in Zhejiang during the epidemic period.

Supportive two part tariff policy
During the period of epidemic prevention and control, enterprises that are temporarily unable to start normal work or resume work will be allowed to change the cycle and volume reduction (suspension) period of electricity tariff metering. Users can apply for capacity reduction, suspension, volume reduction and suspension. The user who applies for change is not subject to the conditions such as "suspension of electricity consumption shall not be less than 15 days". For enterprises that have stopped or stopped production since the outbreak of the epidemic situation, the time for reduction and exemption can be traced appropriately.
For enterprises that need to expand their capacity to meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control, they choose to pay the electricity demand according to the maximum demand of the contract. The actual maximum consumption is not limited by the maximum demand of the contract.
Electricity for new and expanded medical services directly for epidemic prevention and control will be exempted from high reliability power supply fees.
The implementation period of these policies and measures is from February 1, 2020 to April 30th.
