La Natsu Bell President Yu Qiang Resigned As Chairman Before Xing Jiaxing Resigned.
In February 25th, La Natsu Bell issued a notice announcing that the board of directors received the resignation report of President Yu Qiang in February 25, 2020.
Yu Qiang resigned and no longer held any position in the company.
According to the announcement, Yu Qiang applied for resignation from the third board of directors, the chairman of the board of directors' Strategic Development Committee, and the related duties of subordinate holding and share holding companies for personal reasons.
Yu Qiang confirmed that there was no disagreement with the board of directors and no other matters should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company. His resignation did not cause the company's board members to be below the statutory minimum number, and would not affect the normal operation of the company. According to the relevant laws, regulations and the provisions of the articles of association, the resignation report shall come into effect on the service of the board of directors. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the articles of association, the company will complete the election of directors by election, election of the chairman and related follow-up work as soon as possible, and fulfill the obligation of information disclosure in a timely manner.
The company held the thirty-eighth meeting of the third board of directors in February 25, 2020, and passed the "motion on appointment of the president". It was approved by the board of directors Nomination Committee. The Board agreed to appoint Xing Jiaxing as the president of the company. The term of office is from the date of deliberation of the board of directors to the end of the current board of directors. Xing Xing Xing will take the responsibility of acting as the Secretary of the board of directors.
Prior to (February 3rd), La Natsu Bell issued a notice announcing that the board of directors received the resignation report of chairman xingjiaxing on February 3, 2020. All directors of the company unanimously elected executive director and President Yu Qiang to perform their duties as chairman until the new chief executive of the company was elected.
