Us Revised Rules And Regulations Under The Textile Fiber Products Identification Act
In February 9, 2020, the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued the G/TBT/N/USA/1584 TBT bulletin through WTO.
According to the circular, FTC proposes to amend the rules and regulations under the textile fiber product identification act to incorporate the latest ISO2076 standard "generic fiber names", reduce compliance costs and increase the flexibility of information disclosure for textile fibers.
The deadline for evaluation is April 19, 2020.
