    Overtime to expand production difficult to fill gaps

    In the industrial chain of mask production, mask masks also increased significantly except for melt blown fabrics.

    An industry insider told the "finance and economics" reporter that the industrial chain of mask production is mainly polypropylene melt blown material melt blown cloth mask, and each production link needs corresponding production equipment.

    According to Li Hai, the purchasing department of the listed company, "we have purchased the automatic mask machine. There are two dragging or dragging two on the market.     Sinopec is China's largest manufacturer of medical chemical raw materials, before cross boundary intervention in the mask market, mainly to the market supply of polypropylene. As early as the end of January, the company made no commitment to increase the price of medical and health related materials produced by the Sinopec during the epidemic.

    Core raw material capacity to be eased

    It is reported that the company is currently the largest melt blown fabric producer in China, with a daily output of 15 tons. The company currently has 7 melted spray production lines and 4 anti sticking production lines.     Faced with the shortage of raw materials in the core of masks, Sinopec intervened across the border. In February 24th, the Sinopec Party group decided to build 10 melted spray production lines using its own raw material production advantages.

    How will the price of the melt blown fabric produced by Sinopec be priced? "At present, we have not yet priced it. A possible pricing method is to push the price of the melted cloth according to the price of the national purchase mask." The Sinopec insiders said, "this is expected to inhibit the speculation of domestic melted cloth to a certain extent."

    In the WeChat group of melted spray cloth collection, some masks manufacturers began to look forward to it. After the Sinopec's melt blown fabric was put into operation, the price of melt spray cloth no longer continued to skyrocket.

    As one of the two barrels of oil, PetroChina, in accelerating the production of melted polypropylene raw materials, organized refinery and chemical enterprises, chemical sales units, research institutes and partners to produce melt blown fabrics.     In addition to the low domestic production capacity leading to the shortage of melt blown fabric, the long production cycle of the melt spraying equipment and the high price of the production line also become an important factor restricting its output.

    In the WeChat group of melt blown fabric, suppliers are also analyzing the reasons. The melt nozzle of melting cloth production equipment mainly comes from Germany. At present, the domestic orders for the melt nozzle may not be delivered in early April.

    "Our melt spray production line can be launched quickly, thanks to the company's customers and customers' docking." Aforementioned Sinopec insiders said, "easy delivery" is Sinopec's industrial product e-commerce platform, with procurement and sales functions.
