China Industrial Textiles Co Establishes A Production Enterprise Information Base To Support National Dispatching

Since January 20th, the China Industrial Textiles Association has comprehensively combed masks, medical protective clothing, disinfecting wet wipes and key raw materials of more than 1000 production enterprises, and contacted more than 300 key enterprises one by one to understand the situation and difficulties faced by enterprises, and to summarize all kinds of industry data. At the same time, we established four basic production databases, namely, masks, protective clothing, disinfection wipes and raw material rolls, and gradually improved the material supply information platform of industrial chain, which provided strong support for national dispatching. A list of protective clothing production enterprises with the qualification of domestic medical device production is compiled, and on the basis of systematic inspection, it is suggested that the state make use of the production capacity of some high-quality export protective clothing enterprises, and expand the supply as soon as possible. To help qualified non-medical protective clothing and masks enterprises and clothing and home textile enterprises to transform products for epidemic prevention and control.

In January 25th, the China Industrial Textiles Association issued a proposal to the whole industry to resume work in advance, ensure the supply of important materials such as masks and medical protective clothing, and urge enterprises to ensure product quality and ensure the factory price of respirators and protective clothing is stable. More than 400 member enterprises responded positively to the call of the association to resume production. During the Spring Festival, a batch of enterprises produced a large quantity of high quality products and raw materials.

In order to ensure the supply of materials during the epidemic period, the China Industrial Textiles Association has five working groups, namely, masks, protective clothing, disinfection products, raw materials and policy guarantees. It contacts government departments at all levels and coordinates the upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain. It helps enterprises solve problems such as re certification, raw material protection, logistics and transportation all day and night, and promptly meets the demand and supply for more than 1000 enterprises. More than 20 provinces and municipalities government departments to connect more than 10 thousand material information to ensure the efficient operation of mask, medical protective clothing and disinfectant wipes.

The China Industrial Textiles Association carried out a questionnaire survey of the member enterprises on the resumption of production and resumption of production. Up to February 29th, the total industry turnover rate was 80.2%, and the workers' returning rate was 70.5%. In the enterprises that have been reproduced, the original accessories enterprises, product enterprises and equipment enterprises of the industrial chain of respirators, medical protective clothing and disinfectant wipes have basically resumed production, and the orders are quite sufficient. The rate of returning workers to local workers is more than 90%, and the turnover rate of workers with a high proportion of foreign workers is relatively low. Generally speaking, the recovery of large enterprises is better than that of small and medium enterprises, and the backbone enterprises of the association have all returned to work.
