The meeting pointed out that in order to co-ordinate efforts to promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, we must focus more on stabilizing employment, stabilizing finance, stabilizing foreign trade, stabilizing foreign investment, stabilizing investment and stabilizing expectations, and more effectively cope with the impact of the epidemic on the economic operation. We should give full play to the role of macroeconomic policy, foreign trade and foreign investment, and financial stability and coordination mechanism, and promptly introduce effective and effective measures to enhance endogenous driving force, and strive to keep the whole year's economic operation in a reasonable range.

All localities are encouraged to take steps such as "phasing out money" and other measures to help taxi drivers tide over difficulties. As soon as possible, toll free access policy will be introduced.

The meeting pointed out that supporting the grass-roots government to ensure basic livelihood, ensuring wages and ensuring transportation is the basic requirement for safeguarding the vital interests of the masses, as well as the basic conditions for promoting the government's performance of duties and implementation of various policies. The meeting confirmed that the first phase is to increase the proportion of local fiscal retention.
